Dealing with Diane Vice is terrible. No customer service at all. Never dealt with Mr. Vice but I would avoid any business deals with that woman. I could give 0 stars I would.
I tried to have them look at my place but they never came to get my house key. I sent emails and never was taken seriously as a potential client. I first contacted them after reading they are proud of their attention to detail. I received no attention. When I contacted them to say I would not be interested in them listing my property, they got snotty and said they had no interest in representing my property and good luck. I don't need luck, I need a qualified Real Estate Agent. If you are looking for one, pass on these unprofessional agents. Communication is not their strong suit. I would have given them no stars but had to select 1.
Do not use Gina Rhett with Rhett Real Estate. She does not care about you as a person and only wants whats best for her. She will show no compassion, she is only concerned with how things will benefit her. She also does not, if ever, answer her phone or respond to text messages. Good luck with her calling you back. She works on her schedule with only herself in mind and not the client. If you choose to use Gina as your realtor, be prepared for disappointment!!!!
This is not a nice company. I recently rented from them, and was charged to fix things that were damaged before my room mates and I moved into the house. If, for some reason you are required to work with this company, make sure that you have video, photographic evidence, and a signed list of items that are damaged in any way prior to signing anything. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone, because their shady business practices are completely unacceptable and frustrating. They got one star because that's the minimum allowed.
My hairstylist of 5 years, recently applied for a rental property with Cross Current. She was denied the house because she is self employed. She went on by saying, they do not require a credit check, but require a check stub. My hairstylist proof of income were her prior year tax papers, which were useless to them. I don't understand how a person who works for minimum wage for a month, and subject to quit any time, can qualify. But, a self employed person who has tax copies from the last five years does not. My stylist, also managed a small business that recently closed last year. She has verified employment, for an employee who rented a house through Cross Current. The business paid cash. Therefore, this young lady did not provide any type of proof. I think they are not organized and I will not recommend anyone to them.
