Myself and a group of friends came here for a fun night of bowling and we did not receive good customer service. The policy of ordering what you want we completely understand and we did just that. However, the food we ordered, tasted bad or old. Without fuss or confrontation, we asked initially if we could have the product replaced. We were told we couldn't. I then asked again if there was anyway anything could be done. I was told no and that I couldn't get my money back either. Now a food wasting policy I completely understand but customer service was nonexistent. I would've been happy with an apology or some type of compensation but I got neither. We'd just paid for a second game for the group and would have been gone if it wasn't for that. I returned the entire product and still wasn't compensated in any way. I wasn't looking for a freebie, just satisfaction in what we paid for. I hope customer service becomes a priority in a place that has such a large amount of patrons spending money. It will be a while before I return.
