I bought my car in late 2016 , Buying the car was straightforward. They shined it up and made it look good like a good car dealership would . Fast Forward 3 months and I noticed one of my rims turning Black . I have those Aluminum alloy rims on a 2011 Camaro , they were supposed to be grey or aluminum NOT black . I then looked at the other rim and noticed the air caps spray painted grey . Obviously they were spray painted . I am a tax accountant and it was tax season so i did not have the time to bring it back within the 30 days . I said to myself" it is a $200 rim anyone would clearly see that this is wrong and this is NOT something i intended to buy . A rim that literally turned black within 3 months of purchase . Well when i brought it back you guessed it . They said there is nothing they can do because I did not bring it back within 30 days . Now i have to buy new rims because of a spray paint job on a 24,000 vehicle . But wait it gets worst ... I just came back from a simple oil change from them ( since having that experience I feel like they are not to be trusted and i purchase a warranty thru them, I feel like i have to go thru them to get my oil change because if something happened to my engine they will quickly take the stance of you know where did you get your vehicle serviced etc..?) They first tell me they raise the rates to 68 dollars and when I get my vehicle after the Oil change I notice my Air Pressure was at 21 PSI !!! Look my vehicle was not at 21 PSI when i brought that in , anyone who has any experience would notice this when turning , but lets say for argument sake that i did bring it in at 21 PSI ..... They didn't have the common courtesy of putting air in my tire after a 68 dollar oil change ? I mean cmon . If you dont have the fortitude of putting air in someones tire when the Gauge in front of the vehicle says so , then I don't know what else to say . When i called the person who changed my oil admitted to seeing it but didn't have the judgement to put air in it . It has been one bad experience after the next with this guys . My trust has completely gone out the door . I assure you if you start having any issues they will NOT ever take any accountability and say things like ,, I didn't do that. You need to talk to the Manager , but oh wait he only works on Friday and is never there ... it has been an awful experience after the next . If anyone wants to be clear on this because i have other issues with these guys and i'm better verbally than this writing thing i can be reached at email@example.com . I have the complete feeling this particular dealership is that one people have always told you to stay away from !! Any dealership is amazing when you buy a new car (well usually) but you want one that will stand behind you and give you the benefit of the doubt . I mean im talking about a $200 rim and Air from a tire ...imagine what they do when it is a major situation .... Good luck with that

If they try to subcontract any work out to you in the Tallahassee area, you will never get paid suck
Just don't go please, very unprofessional, had a oil change, didn't top anything! Acted as they didn't care, didn't even get an apologize. Days later had to get a quart replaced and I barley drive the car!
They are liars and cheaters and will rob you blind. Don't buy anything from these people because the cars aren't worth what they are asking. They stole from a Vietnam veteran. Very low down a dirty salesmen. I would give the negative 5 stars ✨
They will cheat you if you let them. Their cars are over priced and if they get the chance will cheat you out of every dime they can.
Bought a used car from there. They assured me that the don't scam people like everyone else in town but they do. They claim they check the cars morw thoroughly than anyone else. But sure enough on the way home from the buying the car I lost oil pressure and check engine light comes on. Buyer beware of lies and pushy sales tactics just like everyone else.
Horrible!!!! Don't waste your time. Tried to pre approve me as soon as I walked in, and was said to run a soft credit, I go home, check my credit to see they ran two hard inquires on my credit without my permission!!!!! Cause my score to go down!!!!On top of that they were RUDE!!!
My Husband and I have been doing business with the guys at Lewis Auto Sales for nearly 5 years. They are ALWAYS professional and very helpful. We've recommended them to our family and friends. We will definitely continue to buy our vehicles from Lewis Auto for many years to come. Thanks guys for your awesome deals and service.
Paid $500 deposit to purchase car on negotiated price. After deposit made, I was presented a list of other fees and charges - over $700 in fees which were all taxable. Next day, cancelled purchase because of fees, but they refused to refund deposit.
I was a previous Kia owner, so I returned when I was looking at trading my vehicle in. I thought I had talked the cost of my vehicle down, so I got financed through my credit union. I was expecting a refund check from Kia for the cancellation of my GAP coverage and warranty from the vehicle I was trading in, and both my sales person, Aaron Dixon, and myself told the finance officer, Royce Townsend, that I did not want to use my refund as a down payment. I wanted to receive that refund separately. Well, you guessed it; Royce and the financing dept used my refund as a down payment. I returned to Kia and Royce told me that the cost of my vehicle was because of me using that for warranty refund as a down payment. I asked him did he not remember that both I and Aaron Dixon, the salesman told him I did not want that to go as a down payment. I wanted that as a separate refund check. Royce claims he doesn't remember that and the GM, Clay Green ok'd it. I now have an attorney representing me.
