Horrible service horrible cars no heat car sounds like its falling apart! I was an hour late for work after i placed my time call the night before... Very foul language and attitude! Never again! This business is being run straight in the ground!

TERRIBLE SERVICE !! First cab was dirty.No show for pickup even though booked the night before. Very rude dispatcher.
They were very polite and respectful on the phone and got to me on time the cab was clean and even smelled good the driver was very respectful and the fare was reasonable I highly recommend this company
I have been riding for years. A majority of the drivers are retired and work for Groome to supplement their income.They say that with the hourly wage and tips they do well.Many have told me they have class A and B licenses and love the flexibility of the job. I will continue to ride Groome regardless of what others say.
They are the oldest and largest in Columbus because of tge good ol boy lock that is Columbus. Their rates are high, their drivers are lazy and the booking is pathetic. Vans get smaller and smaller, rates get bigger and bigger. There is more room on the cheapest of airlines.
Why do People trust there lives to drivers, that Groome is only willing to pay $7.25 per Hour. At that pay rate they are only getting people that are not qualified to drive, I have Class B CDL license and certified for passenger and even School bus and they offered me $7.25 a hour

Groome's is the worst shuttle service I have ever taken! The drivers are reckless and they charge a ridiculous amount. They are ALWAYS behind schedule. I typically wait 20 to 30 mixtures for the shuttle. I was running late due to road construction and lane closures. I called the office and asked them to hold the shuttle 5 or 10 minutes for me. They advised that they would try. Why I arrived 10 minutes after my shuttle was expected to depart, the had already already left. I'm furious that of all the times I've waited for them, the couldn't wait 10 minutes for me. And why wouldn't the call me back to let me know the shuttle had already left so I could have turned around and started driving your the airport myself?Avoid Groome's at all costs!!!!
