They suck! The ppl at the front desk are rude and disrespectful to their employees I don't recommend anyone here everything about them sucks
I took my car in because the front tires were wearing on the inside. I bought new tires and asked for an alignment. I was told that an alignment was done and charged for it. A couple of weeks later my mechanic told me my front ball joints were completely worn out , you could move the front tire back and forth a few inches. My question is how could they have aligned the front end with worn out ball joints ?? Answer they didn't.
I have had all 3 of my vehicles in with them over the last 18 months and have spent hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars with them. If it's more that an oil change or tire rotation, I have to take the cars/truck back multiple times before it's fixed or the job is done right. I don't have time for this. Have found someone that counts my time as valuable as their own. I'm a slow learner, but I have learned. No more chances for Big T. They never make it right.
My experience here is anything but less than happy and satisfy with the service and customer service is was provided. I could hardly compare it to the service I got from franchise auto shop such as jiffy or pep. The owner made it his business that his customers are not just bringing there car for service but there very safety, which I saw that he holds as high priority along with great prices. In the end I would gladly return and bring friends to get there car service too. Keep up the great work there Eric!

Will never take any vehicle to them again nor do I recommend them to anyone. Took my truck in for a lift kit got it back with the service 4WD light on. Less than a month later took it in to receive warranty work for a power steering rack and pinion they put in less than 10000 miles that was leaking and asked them to look in to the service 4WD light and got it back with the check engine light on with the truck running so poorly I didn’t dare drive it out of the parking lot. My 4WD worked fine before the lift kit was installed, I know because I use it at least twice a month and the light wasn't on. End result they told me that both my front and rear differential actuator motors were unplugged for some reason likely shorting my transfer case actuator motor and causing a shift sensor fuse for my transmission resulting in the check engine light coming on and truck not shifting. I ended up having to replace the transfer case actuator motor and front diff actuator motor at a cost of 640ish dollars. This is the only place I have ever had my truck serviced by in Columbus. At the end of all of this after spending well over 2800 dollars with them in the last 2 years and being told there’s no way they could be at fault for anything wrong with my truck. I drive it home "completely repaired" with it making the same noise that caused me to check my power steering system for leaks in the first place. Low and behold they let me drive home with my power steering reservoir nearly empty... NEVER AGAIN!

This event occurred a few years back. I brought my car in here to have tires changed. They ended up stripping some screws or something like that.. Apologized. Did not have parts in to fix what they had messed up. The manager actually gave me use of his truck he felt so bad. I was driving around a huge stick shift truck till they could fix my Mercedes. I thought it was very, very nice of him to do this and could tell he felt bad. There were delays in getting the proper part. Etc, etc. The reason this place gets ONE STAR on my review is what the owner stated to me after this incident. They call me in. My car is fixed. The manager is apologizing again for the long delays and hold ups their mistake has cost me. The owner comes over and the manager tells him who I am. The owner, Mark, looks at me and says "Well, sometimes these things happen.....but you know that, don't you?".(No, Mark. I don't know that. In fact, this has never happened in the 20+ years I have been having my tires changed) And that was it from him. No offer of discount. No apology. Then proceeds to hand me the full bill. I paid it and left. (I personally think he was showing his manager how to "handle" me without having to offer an apology, etc) I have been meaning to disclose this in review. It was the worst treatment I have received at an auto repair place. I would never be back based on his rudeness, but the fact they would mess your car up and be so nonchalant about it is something other future customers need to go into the business knowing.
