A small salon, but beautifully decorated. The owner, Don ( Mr. Don, as we say in the South ) does a perfect manicure and gel nails. The way he applies polish is smooth and flawless; very skilled. They play soothing music, and sometimes Mr. Don sings😃. Children have their own cute pedicure chairs. I'm not an employee, I just love to go there.
I got a pedicure today, and it was amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had. I’m going to start only using them.
Ended 2016 on a sad note at Palazzo Nails & Spa at Columbus Crossing, Columbus, GA . Discrimination!!! On 12/31/2016 I walked into Palazzo Nails & Spa to have body waxing done. I was discriminated against because I’m a person of color and I was told by the employee that they don’t provide waxing services to people like me because people “like me” do not clean ourselves. No one to complain to as the owner pretended to be an employee and stated she can’t speak English. I have gone to other spas in the area and have never received such service. This should not have happened and shouldn’t be happening.
Wonderful!! I love it, They good service, pedicure, manicure, eyebrows, eyeglass, They can do design anything I want! I love this place! They're alway friendly and do good job!
Beautiful nail shop and friendly! i would recommended to everyone who need get their nails and toes done !
After one visit I was hooked for life. Best haircut ever. Becca was my stylist and she was very professional and courteous. She new exactly what to do to make my hair look good.
They talk about you in their language and laugh they charge so much and yet your nails don't even last two weeks . They're not worth going to trust me it's a nice place but they can't do nails very good it's not impressive to me it's basic .
Not only was my manicure a painful experience, but it was unsanitary. After one of my cuticles were cut due to careless handling an obviously used and worn nail buffer was used. They use a low quality nail glue to insure that you'll be back. My nail tech himself had a hard time keeping the fake nail attached to my actual nail before applying the acrylic. A day or two after, I noticed a gap underneath my nails where the glue had come undone and they were now only holding on by the acrylic, which we all know is flimsy stuff. Furthermore, I paid for "gel" nails, but received acrylic power with a gel polish. That being said it's been a week since my manicure and today one of my nails popped clean off. I personally like to get at least two weeks out of my nails consider that I pay over 40 bucks + tip. This isn't the extent of my complaint but you get the picture. Bottom line, you can find a much better nail salon. Keep looking.
Came in on a Sat morning with no short order.... I wanted to get a gel manicure and pedicure. A sweet lady nailed it! Nails look great. Pedicure with other tech equally impressive-- a true nail artist working a complicated design onto runners toes. Now that's always interesting! But not today-- it was exactly what I'd hoped it would look like. I'll be back here for sure!
Worst experience ever. Lazy workers, messed up my nail and gave me gel polish so she could charge me more. I complained to the manager and she copped an attitude with me instead of offering to help. Said she never saw me in there before. It was my 3rd time going and she saw me there before. Never going back!
