Awful, awful experience there, the ppl were rude. I called when they opened at 12pm, the lady I spoke with told me to be there before 3:45pm, i arrived at 3:40pm, when I walked in the supposed to be manager, ignored me for like 10 min. She finally asked how can she help me, I told her I was there for a sew in. She said they were done taking customers for the day, i told her I was told to be no later than 3:45pm, she then paused and didn't say anything for like 5 min. I said I can come back Monday and she said we're closed Monday what kind of sew in are you getting, i told her the rising star which is only 65 dollars, but by the time they were done I ended up paying 105 because I had only taken half my braids down, because I couldn't get them loose in the back, so I was charged for a full take down, which I was more than happy to pay, but I have natural hair and the lady serving me yanked on my hair and didn't take her time to comb through it. I will never go back there, the sew in was thin because they only sew in two bundles, it's an extra 25 dollars for a third bundle which I was willing to pay but the stylist reassured me I only needed two. I felt uncomfortable because the whole time she worked on my hair she complained about how she wanted to leave early to go home and cook. BAD EXPERIENCE! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, SEW IN TOO THIN! I'm having it redone by a real stylist. It was a waste of time and money.
Walk in weaves no doubt does some very good sew ins. The customer service is not much to speak of. Not very genuinely friendly. Everything is an extra charge. My head has been throbbing from this sew in for about 3 days and im very afraid that my hair is going to break off or cause some sort of damage. Come to this store with caution. If you can handle the pain, pricey service & poor customer service then this is your place.
Horrible customer service, I waited for over a hr and no one said anything to me about how much longer the wait would be. Another client came in AFTER me and was called back before I was and one of the stylist started washing her hair. No one said ANYTHING to me I just sat there and waited after waiting for 2hrs I walked out and left. I will NEVER go here or recommended this salon to anyone I know.
This is my second time visiting this salon since it's grand opening. As with any new business venture , I was curious to see if I would have as great of an experience as I had during their grand opening.....and I DID. The staff was very courteous and professional, not pushy at all. I knew what I wanted before I came in,(as the web site is very user friendly and self explanatory) and received what I asked for.I asked for the reality star packar.I used ( 2 )10inch Brazilian Remy packs of hair and had hair left over as well. I am very pleased with my out come and I will return.
I came in to walk in Weaves for a Legend $110 told to bring two pkg of hair. The stylists was almost finish with my hair when the receptions came over and ask for the $110, the stylish said I have to use another bag, the receptions said you know that is $25 more I said no, she stood over me while the other customer where all staring at me, the stylish stop doing my hair, and she said again, you know that’s another $25 more, I said no that’s not my fault, I said she had two bags and we were doing single tracking, with a part on the side, everyone is staring at me and no one is or working on my hair. Walk in Weave is using black mail to get more money, from people, I paid and left my name to have the manager or owner call me back one and then two weeks went by know one called, I kept calling and they continually told me the owner was out of the country. I was told by the so call manager who would not give her name that I should not have paid and should have gotten up and left, tell me does that make any sense to anyone, have my head not finish and go somewhere else where they would have to take it out and start all over again, now I wish I would have. Walk in weave needs to learn customer service, it’s not a matter of the customer being right but listening to what the customer has to say and try to work something out, because word of mouth spread fast.
