I have always been treated very well here and all the ladies are so kind and professional. I love the new upgrade as it takes less time in the waiting area.

The wait time has gone down considerably, now you wait an average of 30 minutes tops. As for the time it takes to get your payment, it takes at least 15 minutes from the time they scan your plasma bottle. I usually have my money on my card before I leave. The issues you won't see in other reviews are usually created by some of the donors themselves. Everything from rude comments to vulgar behavior that would get most slapped with a sexual harassment lawsuit. Not to mention some donors expect preferential treatment. I suggest seeing for yourself instead of relying on reviews that usually are posted out of pure unadulterated spite.

Terrible place, they never scan your plasma on time, One day I donated and 2 hours later I checked to see if the money was on my card, it wasn't, I couldn't call and solve it because they were closed, the most unprofessional place ever, I wish I could transfer but the other center is too far, don't even waste your time here
