Ready Steak Go

This place just lost our business. We have tried to work with these people on multiple occasions of being late with our food order or eventually having to go pick the food up ourselves, then they even tried to still charge us the delivery fee. Today, I ordered our lunch to be delivered to our business at 11:30 am. I asked when I called if they were behind on their deliveries and was told no. They said 45 minutes for delivery. I called back an hour later and was told we were next in line. I asked if the food was going to be cold when we got it and was told no. The lunches finally arrived at 1:00 (we are located 1 exit from them) and was cold. The driver called the manager and was told he could bring the food back and they would cook it again and redeliver but that was all they could do. If you are going to offer a service, such as delivery, you need to make sure you can handle the job. I felt sorry for the delivery man, because he has to listen to the complaints when it is not his fault. Another delivery driver needs to be hired!!

It was excellent.. This place delivers.. Both to you and on the promise of great fresh food.. The hamburger steak was amazing. My Friend didn't like her home taters but they were a tad salty for her taste,to me they were fine. But other than that there will be a return trip. It is on Williams Road in front of the Welcome Center. Inside the Shell Gas Station.. Definitely the best food out of a gas station restaurant
