I schedule an appnt for 330 I didn't get seen until 4. I had an ombré balayage that was Carmel and I needed it to get re toned to a brown. She put the toner in my hair and puts me under the dryer, she finished two clients before seeing me again. Her daughter washed my hair because she preoccupied herself with other clients. I asked while she was working on someone, what color did you tone my hair with? She said brown, there's no special brown. So when she dries it I said this looks black. She, Kerry by the way the owner, says oh it's the lighting it's brown like your natural color. And states it's only toner it'll fade out. So my natural color is black. My hair is black! I have no ombré balayage that I wanted to maintain that costs 113$. Also for her toner it cost 65$ if I wanted to get these results I could have just boxed died my hair. Lazy! And inconsiderate.
