I would give a zero star if I could. I was quoted 800.00 with a 400 dollar coupon to rebuild my transmission, but the next day it turned into 2000. I told the owner I didn't have 2000, and I'd take it somewhere else. I was informed that my transmission was in pieces. I asked them to put it back together so that I could leave. I was then told they would charge me 800 in labor to do that. I told them I'd just get it towed then. I was then informed that the engine would fall out if I tried to move it. I reiterated that I did not have 2000 to which the owner asked if my car was paid off and was the title free and clear. I said yes, and he informed me that he knew a company that could help me. He picked up the phone and dialed the number to a company that you pawn your car title with. When I realized what he was trying to get me to do I told him I'd be back the next day. What struck me about the owner's actions was the fact that he knew the company's number by heart. I felt trapped. I ended up borrowing money from my family to get my car back. It took them three weeks to fix it. Two months later the transmission locked up. I had to get it towed to Bob's. Three weeks went by before I got it back. It worked for about a month before starting to jerk. I went back to them. I was told they were working on it, but eight days later I received a call. They couldn't work on it because the alternator and battery were bad. They offered to fix the alternator for a little over 300. I declined. I replaced the battery and discovered I did not have a problem with the alternator. The car still jerked so I took the car back and was told they couldn't find a problem with my car. At which point, I decided to keep driving the vehicle, even though it was jerking. I drove it until I could no longer drive it. I then had it brought back to them. After three weeks, I was told I could pick it up. Twenty minutes after I got it back it started jerking again. The next day, the reverse gear went out.

Bob's Transmissions is AWESOME I would give this place 10 Stars if I could. Didn't have the money for the repair so Bobs got us set up on Payments!!! Now I have a way to work, I would like to Thank Chad and his staff have resonable prices and repaired my transmission in a timely manner

I was referred to Bobs by a co-worker. The problem with my car was diagnosed promptly. I was advised of how long the work would take and given an estimate for the repairs. Needless to say, the job was completed on time and on budget. Everyone that works there is very professional & honest. I am very pleased with my experience. I would recommend Bobs to anyone that needs repair work.

at first, i thought i didn't like this place cause i felt a bit unsure of why i had to wait all day just for my tires to get changed out on my vehicle. i had written a horrible review on them because i felt like i didnt receive the customer service experience i came for. at the end of the day, it turned out they are some really kind-hearted people and i can say i will definately recommend them to my network of people. they went above and beyond just to call me after seeing my review from yesterday and aologize for how i was previously treated. i was wrong about them before. but honestly, they are a great business and i totally take back was was posted from yesterday!! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!

I was able to get in and get out so fast! Great prices too. They were so nice and made me feel like I was the only one they were trying to take care of. Highly recommend.

I took my dodge caravan to have it check out because it would not shift right.This was for a second opinion I had it check at another shop and they said complete rebuild 2400.00 $ Bobs Transmission found blow fuse caused by bad connection at transmission harness and said it was in (limp mode). 50.00$ dollars later I was back on the road with no problems!Thank You Bob`s Transmission I will be back! I just can`t say enough about these guys Paul and Bob where just great. If you are looking for a honest shop this is it! Dan

Bob`s Transmission did a great job on car!Everything went smooth and on time delivery.But what happened at checkout was great Paul took 180.00 of my bill because the cost to fix my car was less then the original estimate.All I can say is WOW,Thanks Jenny
