I took my dogs there, and it seemed like every time I went in there I waited for ever and the staff was super rude. I liked Dr. Lefranc hosever, they need to hire nicer girls. It seems like they're all rude and snooty.

unresonably long wait times. The doctor is nice but so far I have been waiting an hour. This is my third time coming here. I have waited an hour plus both times before I saw someone who could talk to me about my pet.

I just called there and was put on hold...I could hear music.....they left on hold so long that it finally started ringing again. I let it ring and ring and ring....mostly out of curiosity to see if it went to voice mail or got answered. Nothing...Nada.....just kept ringing - I finally just hung up.

Dr. LeFranc has truly found his calling. I trust him impeccably. Do not hesitate to take your beloved animal to him, they will be well taken of!

My dog needed a procedure done which pretty much every other vet in town that I called wanted over $250 to perform. I took him to Dr. Lefranc and I got out of there at just over $150. I don't take my dog there just because Dr. Lefranc is the "cheapest" either because I don't want CHEAP care for my dog! Dr. Lefranc is so kind and caring and, of course, knowledgeable. I recommend him to anyone who has a pet that they truly care about!

Dr. Lefranc is amazing! His prices are reasonable and his service is exceptional! Last summer I had my great dane fixed at a local facility. I was in clinicals for nursing school when my husband called and told me he had experienced a reaction to the anesthesia and that I needed to come to Columbus. When I arrived at this facility they brought Gunner out to me in dirty and looking horrible. His scr**** was HUGE! I asked if it needed to be looked at and they told me no, that it was infection and they'd give me some medications for it. I knew better! My sister said "take him to Lefranc" so we did. I walked in the door crying to hard to explain, Dr. Lefranc gave me a hug and assured me he would take care of my boy, not to worry, and that I could check on him any time. The office never got annoyed with my calls and kept me updated throughout the emergency surgery to correct the bleeding into the scr****. They didn't even get upset when Gunner was feeling better, escaped from his pen, set off the alarm, and wreaked havoc on the office at 3 in the morning!! When I was finally able to pick him up and take him home, they brought him out to me clean, smelling, great, and feeling good! I've never had such a wonderful experience, and will never use another vet, even though I have to drive an hour to get to Dr. Lefranc!!!

I had the luck of finding Dr. LeFranc today when my Mom's Boxer needed emergency intervention. Sadly, she had been misdiagnosed the day before by another local vet and was in SERIOUS condition. Even though the Doc was overbooked, he allowed me to bring Emma in and leave her so he could conduct test on her after his surgery schedule was complete. He found very grave news for us...it broke our hearts... but he was so compassionate and his staff was the same. Since my vet recently retired, I will be transferring all my pets to Dr. LeFranc. My wait was minimal, his findings were exact, his compassion was admirable and his price was reasonable for all the work up he did on my Mom's dog. Thanks Dr. LeFranc!

I would not reccommend this place to anyone. I just needed to order some medication for my dog and they made me wait more than an hour and I still did not get a chance to order it. The clinic was not very busy so it should not have taken this long. I was told I needed to wait five minutes. After waiting in one of the rooms for a long period of time I talked to the secretary and she had no idea I was still there. Expect a long wait if you go.

I would recommend anyone seeking a Veterinarian to 2ed Avenue Animal Hospital. This new state of the art clinic, is equipped with the latest equipment, in a clean and relaxing atmosphere with both the animals and there owners comfort in mind. Thanks to the magnificent help and devotion of Dr Lafranc and his staff I am blessed to have more enjoyable years with two of my life time feline companions this year. It is beyond doubt that Dr Lafranc has a special gift. He is not only an incredible Doctor, but he is truly a great man. Dr Lafranc has an extraordinary staff that stands beside him in his quest to save and care for all the animals that cross his path. I can not express enough my gratitude for the care that my family has received in the hands of this dedicated, devoted Dr and his staff.

Spike my Brussels Griffon is a satisfied patient of Dr. Lefranc. He has just recovered from an eye infection with the aid of Vetropolycin HC a bacitracin neomycin polymyxin with hydrocortisone acetate 1% medication. Spike has been a patient since he was a puppy.

I've never been very faithful to one vet, but after seeing Dr. Lefranc that changed! I've been with him for many years now (before he had his own practice) and my pets have never been healthier or happier! He stands out over any other vet I've been to because he genuinely cares about each animal he sees and it shows! His staff is VERY friendly and his new office is a must see!
