I called on the phone asked for help on where i can get the purchase date of a microwave the the phone disconnected twice, so i ask to speak to a manager the third time considering phone kept mysteriously hanging up and the associate hung up again. So now I have to drive in town to find out info that I could have gotten over the phone.
Love this place.. and they just added wounded warrior dedicated parking spaces next to each handicap space! 8 spaces for wounded veterans.. thank you!!
Murray is always a big help and often suggest some great wines and the best prices, very friendly atmosphere. Always a pleasure doing business with these folks.I recommend seeing murrays selection before going all the way to atlanta.
The Columbus, GA store is a horrible place to shop. Customer Service is POOR. A storm door was ordered for me on 5/21/15, and I have yet to be notified that it has arrived. The order for this storm door has been a NIGHTMARE!!! The initial order for the door was about a week prior to May 21. That order was cancelled in error. The door was reordered on May 21. I "THINK" it arrived in the store yesterday, but I was not notified. I have spent at least two hours on the phone with Home Depot trying to get the door. The Store Manager, Karen T. Miner, is never in the store to handle a problem, or the standard policy is for the employees to tell you that so you will have to leave a phone message for her. I asked for the District Manager's name so I could register a complaint but was told Karen had to give me that info. KAREN, WHERE ARE YOU??? Please clean up your store and hire people who know what they are doing. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from your store again.
