I bought my Jackson Soloist into their store needing new strings, the intonation set and the action on the fretboard set. I had let another shop, which I won't mention the name because that would be in bad taste, set it up.I Ieft the guitar on a Friday and they told me it would be Tuesday before I got it back on account of the store being closed on Mondays. I spoke with Gary, a super guy in my opinion, and told him what all needed to be done. He told me that Patrick would be the one working on my axe. Imagine my surprise when I got a phone call on Saturday saying all the things I needed were done and ready for pickup!! I got the guitar back and it plays better than when it was brand new!! The action was set perfect. The intonation spot on! I tell ya, I will be doing ALL my business with Everything Musical in the future. They have any product I would ever need and a great service department and great people working for them. They keep me rocking and rollin!!!!!!
