Had a horrible experience today. I bought a key chain for my classroom set of keys and it was poorly made. Broke immediately when I tried to put it on my wrist. I went to take it back today, hoping to get it fixed or exchange it. After someone went in the back to see if she could fix it. Someone else finally came back out and asked, "Are you the one who wanted the refund?" No I wanted it fixed or another similar but apparently that wasn't an option. Then I could not even get my cash refund of literally 10$ and some change. Because they didn't have it in the register...there was no apology to me at ALL! Everyone was so rude. I am really disgusted in the customer service and quality of work. Customer satisfaction should always be number one.
