Came here with my husband for our wedding anniversary. Got sat back in the party section. In the corner. Was very loud. Food was great but we didn't have a good time because of where we were seated at.

From Business: Forget 'casual dining.' That's an industry term so out of touch with how consumers eat and drink today. For premium quality and style; fare that's at times famili…
Grant, the manager is INCREDIBLE! My husband and I had our first date on Friday the 13th - 30 years ago. He made this anniversary the best ever. The food was fantastic, the staff was welcoming and our server was wonderful. What we found that you don't see very often is a happy staff. Everyone in the kitchen as well as on the floor was in great spirits and it made the evening relaxing and enjoyable. We were never rushed and we truly enjoyed our meals. For a great time and fantastic food, you must visit this restaurant!
Food was great (as usual). However, our 8 year old was born in the USA (like everyone in my family), so she could not read the child's menu written in a foreign language (perhaps Spanish). When we asked for a kid's menu written in English, we were told the restaurant ran out. I know illegal immigration has been out of control since 2009, but English is still spoken here for a few more years. Come on, Cracker Barrel!
Do not complement the waitresses here. I told one she had a pretty smile. The next thing I knew the police were there taking me outside. No warning, I am reporting these people to the BBB tight now. I will never, ever eat there again. They even used my military ID to point the police my way.
Food was great! Even on the busy Friday night it did not effect our waitress or managers ability go give excellent customer service. Best experience i have had in a very long time. You do not see customer service like this anymore.
Place is out of business!
The food and the service was really good. We also had fun playing with the game 'thingie' they have on each table - which also served as a way to call the waitress or place an order. The games have a charge of 99 cents for access to them all which we thought was reasonable, however, on our second visit - we quickly lost interest in the same games.
I had the best service and the food was great! I have been to many Cracker Barrels and this one is the best one I have had the pleasure of dining at so far. The cashiers even made me smile.
I love Cheddars. The food & staff is amazing. Only thing is they arr always full. I think they need another location
Absolutely, my favorite restaurant in Columbus, Georgia
