We purchased a bullfrog spa this year from them. They were patient through our questions and wet test. They installed a deck and had our spa running within 24hrs of installation. We do the monthly water test with them too. Great buying experience with them!
My husband and I recently bought a hot tub from Leisure and the staff was wonderful! We went back to talk about chemicals and Lyra was absolutely wonderful to work with. We are loving having our own tub! Thank you!
Great place for above ground pools and supplies. I've bought several things over the years I've owned our pool and they always go above and beyond to get me parts quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
I bought a pool from Leisure Lifestyles in 2004 and it was the best money I have ever spent on an recreation item. We used our pool for 7 years before moving and had nothing ever come up as a major issue... in fact most of the items that needed attention were minor maintenance items. Leisure Lifestyles always guided us on how to take care of the pool and I found them to be extremely fair in all areas. For the years of enjoyment for my family, I say thank you to Leisure! They were some of the best times my family has ever had! I will soon consider an in ground pool and hope to use Leisure Lifestyles again for that without question. Having a pool doesn't always mean everything about the pool will go perfectly but they were always easy to reach and willing to help us.

Worst Christmas ever for 2 boys thanks to Ron! Ron happily took money and blatantly lied repeatedly!! After months of run around and "pool will be on next truck" I called the manufacturer to be told there were no orders from LL and won't take any due to repeated non payment. Ron tried to lie his way out of this stating he had just bought the company and it was due to previous owner. At one point even told us that the pool was on its way and would be placed in a warehouse until installation. Later claimed didn't say because there is no warehouse. "Permit has been filed and city is holding", called city no permit submitted. However, in end we find out that he was already in the "process" of buying company before our first meeting in June '13 (took $$$ in Sept. '13 to install by May '14). Now almost '2016 and no pool and promised to return money in payments so he "can continue to pay employees". Received one tiny payment after more run around- mailed empty envelope, forgot to sign check before left town. Now he won't return calls. Constantly claims to be at trade shows. Sadly he knew this was our boys Christmas present in beginning and then later that our youngest was postponing his birthday party to have party in own pool. Worst Christmas ever for a 8 & 12 year old! Be leery of his references. You'll notice they all had "concerns/problems" due to situations beyond anyone's control (funds, weather, lot grade) and he always "made it right". You will also notice a lot 5 star reviewers on this page have no friends, no posts- seem to be fake profiles. Several more are employees or have the same last name as employees or are from Ohio (as is Ron). Hmm! Do I have proof of all of this? Yes I do. EVERY bit! Due to little things that gave us a weird uneasy feeling I got as soon as we handed him a check, we have kept every text from Ron. We have needed them to call him on several lies before the process exploded. Fortunately, I have been able to prevent several others from the same mistake (and can enjoy their lovely well built pools). Sorry for lengthy review, but you need to know.
Wow, where do I begin? This spring, we went to open our pool up. It was in bad shape, we couldn't see the bottom. We got the leaves out (we couldn't see the bottom, but we were very thorough. We went back and vacuumed as well and then took a water sample to leisure lifestyles. We bought 3 jugs of liquid chlorine, flocculent, shock it, algaecide, ph plus, stabilizer, etc. HUNDREDS of dollars. We followed their instructions EXACTLY. The pool showed NO IMPROVEMENT. We went back with another water sample, spent over $100.00 and she said this will fix it. We also took 2 replacement weirs that had worn out and we needed to replace it. I put the old one in her hand and she brought me 2 new ones. Again, NO IMPROVEMENT in the pool. I started calling around with this story and asking pool places for advice. Both places I called said we needed to drain the pool, acid wash and refill. In 2 days our pool was clean as a whistle and we were refilling it. We have had no problems since. So after we got the pool filled, I got in to re[lace the weirs. They were TOO SHORT by a half inch. I put the old one in her hand and she sold me 1 a half inch too short! So today, I finally went back to exchange the weirs and of course, they didn't have them. The "manager" said she might be able to order them. I asked her just to give me a refund and I would find them at another store because I didn't know when I would be able to fool with it again. Her response was, that she could only give me store credit. I was a bit incredulous because this was THEIR FAULT. I didn't measure it, THEY DID. I reminded her how much money I had spent there on stuff that THEY recommended that didn't work. She basically said that that didn't matter and that she would not give me a refund. I said that for $20.00 refund, she was going to lose hundreds of dollars in business EVERY YEAR (We have been buying our pool supplies there for 7 years!) She said that losing my business was not going to impact her. I got my stupid store credit, spent it on shock it that I have to buy anyway and walked out. I am never going back in there for anything. They have lost an extremely loyal customer. They have NO IDEA what they are doing. They don't sell the same products they used to sell, they don't carry replacement parts and their service STINKS! The FORMER owners and managers would have NEVER let this happen. On a side note, I went to aquarius pools and got the RIGHT weirs with no hassle. I guess they will be my new pool store!
The service was horrible!!!....There communication is the pits. I purchased a salt water system for them to install. I asked them if they can also fix my liner and they said that was not a problem. They scheduled an appointment with me to come out. The day before I had to cancel because I was having concrete work done around the pool and they were not done yet. Well they showed up at my house anyway and I was not home so they went a head and installed the system but did not put the 15 bags of salt in the pool or repair the liner. They dumped the 19 bags of salt by my back door and left the instructions between the doors. They were also suppose to teach us how to use the system (being that I was not home they just assumed I can do it my self). I have called them several of times for them to come out and do what they were suppose to do. I had to hire another pool company to explain on how to use the system and hire someone to put the salt in the pool because my husband cannot lift the bags. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company!!!!!
Horrible service and rude employees. The woman who would come to our house and clean was great, but the people that sit back and answer phones are horrible. First, they overcharged my wife's account, 40 dollars more than what was supposed to come out, causing her to overdraft. They gave us a set price to come out monthly, and that included chemicals and cleanings, but charger 40 more dollars for chemicals. How do I know what chemicals where used and how much, I wasn't home. Then, they didn't even offer to remedy the problem, or give us a credit for next month, they pretty much made the excuse, "it happens". So we canceled our service. From now on I will just have to do it myself. Good work is hard to find these days but I should have known by how rude and disrespectful they were the first time. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
