Just don't go please, very unprofessional, had a oil change, didn't top anything! Acted as they didn't care, didn't even get an apologize. Days later had to get a quart replaced and I barley drive the car!

Bought a used car from there. They assured me that the don't scam people like everyone else in town but they do. They claim they check the cars morw thoroughly than anyone else. But sure enough on the way home from the buying the car I lost oil pressure and check engine light comes on. Buyer beware of lies and pushy sales tactics just like everyone else.
Horrible!!!! Don't waste your time. Tried to pre approve me as soon as I walked in, and was said to run a soft credit, I go home, check my credit to see they ran two hard inquires on my credit without my permission!!!!! Cause my score to go down!!!!On top of that they were RUDE!!!
Paid $500 deposit to purchase car on negotiated price. After deposit made, I was presented a list of other fees and charges - over $700 in fees which were all taxable. Next day, cancelled purchase because of fees, but they refused to refund deposit.
I was a previous Kia owner, so I returned when I was looking at trading my vehicle in. I thought I had talked the cost of my vehicle down, so I got financed through my credit union. I was expecting a refund check from Kia for the cancellation of my GAP coverage and warranty from the vehicle I was trading in, and both my sales person, Aaron Dixon, and myself told the finance officer, Royce Townsend, that I did not want to use my refund as a down payment. I wanted to receive that refund separately. Well, you guessed it; Royce and the financing dept used my refund as a down payment. I returned to Kia and Royce told me that the cost of my vehicle was because of me using that for warranty refund as a down payment. I asked him did he not remember that both I and Aaron Dixon, the salesman told him I did not want that to go as a down payment. I wanted that as a separate refund check. Royce claims he doesn't remember that and the GM, Clay Green ok'd it. I now have an attorney representing me.
