This is by far the worst experience I've had. I am a die hard fan of chipotle and have gone many times and never have I experience such slow bad business. We arrived 5 mins before opening to wait in a long line. When they opened the doors at 11:00, nothing was prepared. Tables were dirty, donut boxes on the tables. Still prepping food while the line got longer and longer. Finally after 15 mins (11:15) they started taking orders. Not only did that make me mad, the ones that were already waiting in line didn't have anywhere to sit due to people coming through the front door stealing tables. So we decided to bring our food home. Once we got up to the line, I asked for a burrito bowl with extra steak. The girl put one spoonful of steak, so I had to remind her if I'm paying extra for steak then I want another spoonful. I know extra steak cost extra, but I was reminded by 6 employees there on the expo line that it cost extra. I only need to hear it once people! Once I got home to eat my burrito bowl, the steak was horrible, extremely chewy and red. I'm pregnant, and don't need that red meat in my system. There's my venting for this review. I hope they get better with their service.
no, the fish are nothing but breading and small strip of fish . the only thing I got that I liked, a little, was the hush puppies and the prices were more than I will pay again for ghost fish. parking was easy service was fine.
I had a good experience at this location the other day. Everyone there was nice and made sure i had i had everything i needed. The atmosphere was also pleasant. I will definitely be back Soon to get more of that good food....
