My Son and I ordered two pizzas. We were going to eat the pizzas and then go to a movie. After 30 morning minutes we still had not received our pizzas. One of the workers found one sitting up on a shelf and gave it to him. It was ascold and hard and I still had no received my pizza. I spoke to the manager and asked for a refund since we would not have time to eat a pizza. He offered to bake another one or wait until after the movie for us and o get one. HE SAID THATHE COULD NOT GIVE REFUND. The pizza place would have been closed after the movie. I asked again for a refund and he refused and threatened to call the police. Don’t go to this place. There are better pizza places in town.
I will never come to this place ever again. Me, my children, and parents went here because my daughter wanted pizza. I didn't want to eat or my sons because we had eaten and my mom couldn't eat because she had just gotten her tooth pulled. While my father and daughter were getting their pizza me, my sons and mom were at the table talking and I'm not sure who the lady was but she came up to us and said if we were going to order the buffet and we told her no that we were waiting for my father and daughter to eat. Well she said if we were going to buy the buffet that we had to leave since we weren't eating. I told her if we buy a drink can we sit and she said no. That it was a new policy if you don't buy food that you have to leave the establishment. I told her that it was crazy and never heard of anything like this. We didn't make a scene. We got up and left my dad and daughter eating. I will never ever come back to this place. So if you wanna eat here you better make sure everyone is going to eat or they will kick you out of the establishment.
wonderful food and service waiting for it now.
My kids love it! And the price is Great.
I ordered a $10 dinner box and got it nearly two hours late. Also they did not put my drizzle on my pizza and it was cold. I will never order from here again.
Very good! Just as I'd expect from the original Deorios!
Ordered a large, x cheese, light sauce, pepperoni and mushroom pie. Ask the person at the drive through was the crust authentic thin, crispy crust. Was told, "oh, yeah, that is the only kind". Was told pie would be ready in @ 20 min. OK with that. I have made thin, crispy crust pies for more than 35 years--I know when it is good and I know when it was better off in the garbage. Pie was hot when I picked it up and was still hot when I arrived home 10 min later. That is where the nightmare pie began. the crust was thin but also stale and soggy. One thing I do to make sure the pie is crispy is to lighten the sauce and ingredients to keep the crust crisp. I know pizza dough and I know when it is left over from the day before, however I was told that the dough is never kept from day to day--yep I believe that one, NOT! If you bake 2 pizzas with the exact ingredients and made exactly the same way EXCEPT use day old dough on one and fresh dough on the other I guarantee unless you have no taste buds you will notice the difference. I did and will not return. I did tell the manager that no I wasn't angling for a free pizza--I still have an almost whole pizza left--but I would not be back. Yeah, I know that does not make a big difference to them but...
My children nor I like Dominoes pizza because we believe their pizza sauce is too spicy. We used to order pizza from our nearest location on Bradley Park Drive but this last time we decided conclusively that we do not like how the sauce left our mouths burning from spices. We were sure this final time that it was the sauce and not the toppings. We don't always agree on where to eat, however, the decision to not eat anything from here again was unanimous.
After driving all night we get to our hotel and check in. Decide we want pizza.. Instead of going to Pizza Hut down the street we go to exit 3 to Dominos. We pull in and there is a man standing at the door holding it open. We turn off the car and proceed to come in. The GUY LOCKS THE DOOR AND TURNS OFF THE OPEN SIGN! It's not even 10 o'clock yet!! The sign on the door says midnight, on line says midnight and the commercial says midnight.. I took pictures of the locked door, the sign being off and the guy standing behind the counter with a customer/friend/non employee sitting in side the store!! If I could post the pics I would! This place deserves NO STARS!!
