After writing poor reviews of D'lux after a bad experience with the dealership, I was pleased when Troy offered to get me another quote for the truck repair and offered a loaner truck while the work was being done. Even though the truck I bought had problems, I'm impressed with the customer service and experience at D'lux.I'll definitely be going back to D'lux in the future.
Bought an F250, 2008 with a 5.4 engine from D'Lux in August 2013, was happy with the experience. April 2014, the entire engine failed and needed replaced, which would cost more than the original purchase. I called Troy at D'Lux tell him about the problem and he was not surprised, and told me those engines are terrible. I would not recommend anyone do business with D'Lux because they are selling vehicles they know will break down and have no concern for the quality of the cars they are selling. -Alex Lipinsky
