I called Randy with a need. While it was not something he could do, he was nice and knowledgeable and gave me the info I needed. Ill use him when I have an issue he works on.

Called his office on short notice, he came out in just a couple hours, real friendly guy.

Fixed my leaks quickly, next time I'm calling him first.

I recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Randy worked on several projects in our home. Rather than replacing some items, he repaired them because the products we had chosen to replace them with were inferior in quality. He did a great job but tended to spend a lot of time going back and forth to his truck when he could have just brought what he needed into the house all at one time. In other words, he frittered his time away, and so our bill for his labor was way TOO HIGH for the work he did. Randy had done work for us before and given us a reasonable labor cost. This time it was over the top. While his work is definitely quality, and he's a really nice guy, I will have to think twice before calling him again. Simply cannot afford his inflated labor costs.

Randy did a great job. He gave me an approximate price over the phone to clean out my kitchen drain. The main pipe in the basement was plugged up after 20 + years. He cleaned it out and made sure it was good and cleaned out. He had to put in a clean out pipe. No hidden charges.He fixed two leaks too. He cleaned up the area around the sink before he left. The sink is working great. No leaks and not plugged up. Everything was written out on the bill. He was here about an hour and a half.

Randy does a great job--fixes just what needs to be fixed, is honest and doesn't overcharge, and leaves everything nice and clean and in perfect running order. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber.
