Employee theft/fraud ... The store manager, Meghan Thompson, operates outside of Sprint corporate policy. Don't trust this store with your personal information. You should find a Sprint Corporate store.... or better yet, find a Verizon!!!! .... There's not a negative star ZERO stars!!!
Terrible customer service. Employees are incredibly slow. Show no sense of urgency even when the store is full of customers and wait times are over 40 minutes. I recommend trying a different store or trying to get your problems resolved over the phone. I would switch to another carrier but Verizon has the best coverage in my area.

Upon entering the Sprint store located at 128 Harbison Blvd, Columbia, SC 29212 (Store #3244) this past weekend seeking a basic phone, we were not greeted by any employees and had to ask for assistance. At which time we were told to wait until someone was available; while a caucasian woman who had entered after us was assisted immediately and before us. After they were done assisting her, we kindly asked if they could help us with basic phones. One Associate name Darnel did not give us any eye contact or verbally acknowledge us, but proceeded to look for a basic phone. He then told us they had one basic phone in stock and that it would cost $107. We asked him if there were any promotions on the phone with a 2 year contract, sometimes basic phones are free with service agreements. At that moment his co worker Kelsey made a rude sarcastic comment about a "free" phones, the two laughed at our expense. Darnel told us that it's not free, he made no attempt to look for any deals. After some research on our own, we found out that particular phone was free for new customer or $50.00 with a 2 year contract. We felt as if Darnel didn't care about our business, showed us no respect, and treated us with prejudicely. We have called the corporate office, but it doesn't appear they are taking any serious action to address our experience.
I was recently in the store with my boyfriend and it was the worse customer service I have ever had at a sprint store. Out of the 3 people working, one person said hello. Even that hello was rude. The one guy that proceeded to help, was a complete jerk. He didn't help at all and every time I asked a question be barely answered or had an attitude. He then had a friend walk in and disregarded me completely to cut up with his friend. When my boyfriend and I finally picked a phone, I was met with the response " we don't have it. I can't help you". I understand people have bad days but I work in customer service too. My customers will never know if and when I'm having a bad day. I will NEVER go back to that store again and my boyfriend and I are now thinking of looking into a new cellular company when our contracts are up. I will not let someone disrespect me like that. That is all. Oh, and I don't even want to rate it at 1 star but I can't submit with out having at least one. Just know that one star wasn't even earned.
