The service isn't that great. If you're trying to be patient because they are busy and something is taking a long time, don't. They will just let you stand there until they close lol. Keep with when the person in front of you gets their drink and if you don't get yours next ask!

Driving through over the weekend as I was taking my daughter to camp in North Carolina, we stopped at the state Capitol Building for a quick tour and to check out those protesting the Confederate flag.An old brick building, this is the most nostalgic Starbucks I've ever visited. Clean inside and out - I even had a chance to check out the restroom facilities. Clean and no offensive odor. The staff were friendly and made my drink - a tall Flat White - perfectly.I found parking right on Gervais and had easy access in and out. This was a casual visit as I saw the Starbucks sign on the way to the Capitol and visited on the way out. The sign on the door says they open at 5 a.m./s/ William E. Lewis Jr., Fort Lauderdale, Florida
They suck. I didn't pay my water bill once (because it was suddenly 200 and they told me send in paperwork to prove a pipe broke, still cut it off) and they came out at 7 am to cut it off. I bought a house and today is day five waiting for them to come turn my water on. Yes, that's right, 5 days. 3 kids, no water and having to rent a hotel so we can shower and use the bathroom right after buying a house. Let's see if they actually manage to make it out today. Every day I call and there is "nothing try can do" to ensure my service vets activated any faster it just depends on when the technician gets around to it.....
It is a great local coffee shop. One thing I really like about this shop is that it stays open until midnight! Their peppermint mocha is my favorite!
Starbucks everywhere are pretty much the same, but I must say this location is really efficient! The baristas always get my drink right and the wait is minimal.
They have the best costumer servise ever; I was running late for work and I placed my order over the phone. As I was picking it up the line was really long so they gave it to me for free and I made it to work just in time. :) Its good to see that they're still good people in the world today. May god bless them. :)
It's okay. Sometimes the baristas are loud and out-going, sometimes they just sulk and and act impatient when you are ordering. If you know what drinks you like and you are want to just grab yours and go, without a lot of chit-chat, it's not bad.
This location, inside the Target store, is average or poor most of the time. I have rarely seen the same employee here more than once. One time I ordered a Caffe Misto, which is supposed to be coffee with steamed milk. The woman who was working that day tried to convince me that it is only a cup of steamed milk, with NO coffee! I tried to explain that every other employee had always made it with coffee, and she refused to believe me. She was also text-messaging on her cell phone while preparing it.
