RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! This place is horrible in every way you can imagine a business being bad. My mother found out that she had Stage IV Cancer and I gathered some very valuable items that were never used only to receive 19.00 for 4 items one that currently sales for $98.00. I contacted the store in person and they told me that they were sorry. They did not attempt to resolve my dispute and was told that the owners were out of town. Therefore, I asked for an officer to come out only to take a report and he asked if everything was fine. I replied yes as well as the staff members. I explained to the officer that I needed a report filed due to the value of my item that was sold for pennies $7.00. He stated that he could not file a report due to this being a civil matter as I waited patiently for all of my items to be gathered per my request. Days afterwards, I corresponded with Beth Burrell, whom I was told is the owner of this consignment and she stated that she was informed that I was hostile which made me feel very uncomfortable at this point because I was not and that is not how I conduct business at any time. She also stated that I was not welcomed back on the premises. There are falsehoods about everything that took place but "Thank God" for video/audio recordings because I recorded and took photos of everything. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach to this review but please you guys....THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE and definitely does not have good people. Poor business tactics for sure. Initially, I felt as though I lost out but in reality I actually won because I had quite a few valuable items for sell that I were able to retrieve and sell in my own at a more reasonable price without getting ripped off and most of all it saved me from conducting business with them ever again.

Great selection of men's casual clothing (I don't shop for women or children) and the prices can't be beat!

Today, I went to pick up my layaway. I noticed all my merchandise wasn't in the box. I told the manger. She went back to check and claimed she didn't see anything. I was extremely upset. This place has poor customer service. First, the cashier didn't check the box like she was supposed to. Second, the manager didn't care about my missing item (boots). She could've at least asked for my information and check again throughly for my shoes at a later time.Also, the cashier stated she saw my shoes in the system. So they were there somewhere but I went to the shoes area and of course I didn't see them . So now I'm thinking A.) someone stole the boots or B.)someone put my boots to the side for themselves. Lets just say I'll never shop at Burlington again.

I'm so glad I found this little boutique! Don't have to go out of Columbia to find high-end pieces. I've added like 6 items to my wardrobe that I know I can keep for life. I'm sold and Ms. Loretta makes me feel very important. I enjoy having a personal shopper/fashion consultant. Thank you! Many items for personal and for business attire.

I found a dress I liked but it didn't have a price tag. The girls priced it and I purchased it. When I got home found they forgot to remove the security tag. I returned a few days later, I didn't gave my receipt and I was treated like I stole it. Even though I could tell them exactly when I bought it and asked them to look up my purchase on their loyalty rewards program. So not only are they incompetent they are insulting!!!!!!!!!!

This store is highly recommendable! I visited last week. I brought some items to sell and they kindly informed me of their policies beforehand. While shopping I was helped by a nice young lady and found some department store blouses at a very low cost! Also there was a better selection of bigger plus sizes than most second hand stores! The store was very organized and easy to shop... My clothes weren't purchased because the store only buys newer items and newer styles due to the demand from customers. I will be returning frequently but not bringing my old clothes they dont fit in this new and fresh store

Good products for sale. However, excessive long lines and waiting to bring items in to sell. If you want to waste a lot of time waiting in long lines, just bring your items there. Also, excessively restricted criteria on items you can sell.

Great company! Excellent staff! They met all our needs for our promotional and advertising tools. We are happy to know that they are a local company as well!

The lady didn't ring up the amount of change I handed her and put in that I paid her the amount I owed and nothing more. This made the amount of change that I was due less and wrong. Jipped me basically and I didn't catch it til it was too late. Always count your change at the register!!

The clerks seem very snobby. They have a very small selection of plus size clothes. The lady's seemed snobby toward me. Its not plus size friendly and they didn't buy any of my really nice new looking clothes. I will not return to this store.
