I have brought my 2004 Sienna van to them several times in the last couple of years. One time, it kept cutting off while I was driving it. They could have told me it would be a thousand dollars and I would have paid it not knowing any better. Instead, they said it was only a part that needed cleaning and charged me less than $100. All repairs have been like that. They could have taken advantage of me and they didn't. I have also met and talked with the owner and he is very nice. Brian is great and so is the lovely lady that answers the phone. They are good people. Thanks Mastercraft.

Horrible just horrible. They should run this man Tom and his driver's out of town. Was stuck in the side of the interstate and called my insurance they said Tom's 24/7 Towing was taking the call and would be on they way. After a hour I called Tom's with no answer till the 10th time and got a very nasty man on the phone who stated his self as Tom he said his driver would be pulling up any min. Well I waited another hour and he finally showed. To my surprise the driver was drunk I mean you could literally smell the alcohol coming off him. I sent him away and called my insurance for another tow truck. Then I called Tom's back and again tom was on the phone I told him about all the time I waited and then his driver shows up drunk. He gets very angry and started screaming at me this is a black owned business and it's hard out here for us.
My daughter was in an accident in my car. She was transported to the hospital and had no choice as to who towed my car. I called and spoke to Tom the day of the accident and told him it would be Saturday before we could clean the car out. He said that was fine we could be there between 10 o'clock and 1 o'clock on Saturday. We go to get the stuff out of the car and he now says there's nobody there and we can't do it. I told him on the phone that he said we could come between that time and now he's saying that's only as a convenience if they have time and now they're only open Monday through Friday. Total lack of service and he was an absolute a******* on the phone.
Awful service, called at 10AM and stated we had a blown tire on the side of the road and was told it would be taken care of. At 4:30 we had to call and see what was going on and why were they not there, we were told they were in traffic and would be there shortly. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.
Great service I spoke to the boss great guy they came fast and quickly when the heat was kicking in the fees were reasonable and very quick and good handling.
The tow truck driver was cool but the boss (Tom) sucked. The tow truck driver stated that it will be $4 a mile...and that came up to $152. Tom contacted the driver and told him that it was a $70 hooking fee. Tom got nasty with my mom and told her that if he doesn't get the rest of the money, he would have the driver to hook the car, bring it their shop and he was going to charge me storage fee and the mileage for coming back. In a nutshell. ...I was quoted just for mileage. ..not anything extra.
Mastercraft is not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either. They used to have another company working out of the same office and people would get confused with them. When they found out how much the other company was charging customers, they didn't renew their lease of using the same building because it was affecting them. I don't trust anyone else because my family has gone here for years and have recommended all my friends. Sure you might be able to find someone cheaper but mastercraft won't do anything not recommended. In the past I've been to the other place listed in another post and my car was broken into and I had a couple of items stolen out of it another time by workers. Never had a problem with Mastercraft ever. I don't trust anyone else period.
This place is only good for taking your money. The owner is a dirtbag thief who will lie to your face. I had a fore pick up there there for a skip- he wanted $1200 to repair it. I left and went to Goodyear and turns out it was a single coil. $168 and my truck runs. These people will too you off as quick as they will tell you they are Christian.
