We called Aqua Care to start cleaning service the beginning of the summer. Our technician Brandon has done a great job. They have replaced our pool pump and repaired our cleaner. I think the world of these guys. It's the first summer with out algae

If you need pool service look elsewhere! We called in early spring to schedule a day for them to come open our pool and get it ready for the summer. They said the earliest they were available to do it was April 17th which was three weeks out but fine for us. April 17th came and went with no service or phone call to inform us of a delay. I called on the 18th and once a day after that. The gentleman answered the first few days and just said "I'll call our service guy and see what he says and call you back" then I didn't get a returned phone call. After I called back the next day he said "Sorry I forgot to call you back, he is just really busy but promises he will get to your pool this afternoon or tomorrow morning." That didn't happen either. It has now been 5 business days since the scheduled service was supposed to happen, no service and they have stopped answering the phone.
Opened our pool for the summer and will have them maintain it for the summer. Prompt and quality service. Thanks Richard!
When I contacted Pool Patrol, I asked if they performed maintenance on pools. I told them that I had already put almost $200 in chemicals in our salt system pool and a few days later it was green again so clearly the salt cell or the sand needed to be replaced. I was told, yes they did do repairs but they would need a deposit of $250. I gave her my card number and she said they would be out one day that week (this was on Monday). They ran the card right then for the $250 and on Friday I called to see when they were coming. I was then told, "oh we will be there tomorrow". Saturday, they poured chemicals in and told me I had water leaking around the pump handle. They had to send someone else out for that. Two weeks after my initial contact, my pool is still green. I was told the entire $250 had been used on chemicals and no repairs were done. I will tell you that a guy came out and said he would send me a quote to repair the handle. I never received that quote nor did I receive any repairs that would fix the problem with the pool turning green. YES, I still have a green pool and am out $250!!!!
We contacted Aqua Care to take care of our new Alaglass pool cleaning needs biweekly. After several "cleanings" we noticed how dirty the pool still was. I bent down to touch one of the seats in our pool to discover this dark "gunk" very easily came off with the lightest swipe of my finger. The following Tuesday I was home when they arrived, after less then 10, yes 10 minutes they left. For $55 less then 10 min is absurd! I went around to the pool as soon as they left the driveway and it was FILTHY! Obvious grass clippings, dirt, sand, and the same "gunk" on the seats as the previous weeks hadn't even been touched. I called the office and spoke to lady who answeres the phones. I told her what had happened and she apologized and said she would contact the owner and have him call me. Today (2weeks later) I never heard from anyone so I called again. The lady said "Are you the one that called about being able to write your name on the side of the pool with your finger? I said no and helped remind her who I was. (This goes to show we're not the only ones having problems with this pool cleaning service.) I told the woman I never received a call and she apologized and said someone came out but no one was home. First, I'm a stay at home mom and I'm always home and 2 no one rang the doorbell. Anyways I told her the pool still looked the same with sand and gunk and she said she would call the owner and call me back. I said thank you and awaited her return phone call. 20 min later she calls and informs me that the owner thinks it's best we take our business else where. Wow! That's how you handle business with an unsastified customer? With that type of pool "cleaning" and customer service this isn't a small business I want to support! I'll post pictures of the pool directly after they "cleaned it".
These guys are amazing. From our first words on the phone to the completion of work in person, all staff members were courteous and professional in every way. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Would, and have, recommended to several friends and family.
These guys just installed a new liner for our family and it looks fantastic. The staff was so friendly and communication was great. They were professionals, ty guys
They left my pool with the liner coming out of the seems after they assured my that they would use beadlock all the way around the pool. The day of the install the liner was falling out. The installer stated he would come back to put in the beadlock where it needed it (i.e not all the way around the pool as I requested.) He never came back. I went by the office and completed payment under protest. I was told someone would come by.... Summer ended. I was told someone would come by in the spring. no one should up. This cycle continued for years. Finally I made a complaint to the BBB. Pool patrol offered to send someone to fix it - If I paid full price and signed a waiver which removed them of any responsibility of damaging the liner. I had two companies come by and both criticized the install job. Pool Patrol said evene though the liner fell out the day of install they were not responsible. Nice people until you have a problem. I ended up paying another company to finish the install because PP would not honor the work I paid them for.
HORRIBLE! They require a $250 deposit before they will even come out! They never showed after having me wait at home all day and when I called the woman on the phone was nasty and short...I was told that they were gonna come out the next day I asked why no one had called so she got even nastier so I hung up then the owner called and was even worse!! I would stay away from this company it's clear they don't specialize in customer service
