Went in today (7-12-18) at 10:23 AM. First time in the store. The female at the counter was not nice. She gave the impression she hated what she was doing or people get on her nerves. I was trying to put my credit card back in my purse and I guess I wasn't moving fast enough for her to push buttons on the machine. She yelled out "Oh my God!". As if I was too slow responding to the machine. So she thought she needed to tell me to hit the button. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Should not be doing customer service work. Felt like you are there for her and not her to service customer. She is very impatient and not friendly or welcoming. I will NEVER go to that store if she is working.

junius Matt Kintra and all the other late night crew are the best they are always cleaning facing the shelves greeting Welcome to Loves they are always a big help and very honest I go there every night and its always the same they are working hard but always has time for the customer also Jesse is always cleaning the parking lot or busy working hard in the shop thank you for them they make it great to be at Loves

Went to buy a couple of beers at 9pm and the cashier picked up her cell phone, dialed it and yelled You better bring my God Damn baby up here. Very rude. Glad I did not have my Grand Baby with me.

The young ladies in this store...

The young ladies in this store, and I use ladies loosely are very rude and disrespectful to their customers. If a customer asks them about the new policy that their parent company has in place they tend to get nasty with them and tell them to read the sign. If you ask them to use the FRN card to purchase the specially marked items in the store they argue with you about you not being able to use them and even if you say ok, they keep going on and on even though the store has a sign out front saying they can be used in store for those items. Sad part is the manager is worse than the others. I have heard her on multiple occasions being disrespectful to customers and talking about them in front of other customers. I try not to even go in this store because of it. It is getting really old and someone needs to do something about it before they say something to the wrong customer.

For my local friends, family, and facebook friends. I am posting this to my wall as well.This is for the Shell Gas Station at the corner of Percival, and East Boundary.I have lived a block from this Pops for 6 years. I stop there early this morning for my morning drink, and snack. As of today this will no longer be my go to place. At 4:30pm today, the 17th day of July. It is raining so hard outside, I could hardly see where I was parking to get my carton of ciggs. There was a man parked under the awning, in front of the door because he was on a motorcycle. As I waited for the young man to get my ciggs the other cashier, whom was an older bald man was ranting about the man parked in front of his door. He asked the other cashier, "you gonna handle this or am I." I said "you have to have a little compassion" as he was on a bike, and it is pouring. He sarcastically said, "I have compassion, I will have compassion when he moves his bike to one of the pumps." Seriously. This man was not bothering anyone. He said he did not want to take the handicap parking, nor block a pump, as I spoke to him as I was leaving. This bald guy ALWAYS has an attitude. Every encounter I have had with him, he was semi rude. Today did it for me! I will no longer be coming to Pops.I will go the extra mile to go to Spinx. They will get the $100.00+ I spent at your store weekly, for years. I will also be informing my friends, and family who live in the area about what I experienced/witnessed at your location as most of them drive bikes, and are members of bike clubs. I will also be informing all of my friends next door at Darrell's about the situation, as most of their family or them personally ride bikes. I simply do not have time to go to a store to be treated, or see others treated so inhumanly. I LOVE everyone else there, always great attitudes. But like they say..
