They are very expensive and slow with their work. I had paid about 250 just to change oil and to get quote on additional work needed.

These people are amazing! I was traveling thru SC with my grandchildren when my vehicle broke down right outside of Columbia, SC. It was 11:30 at night and my roadside could not find a 'provider' in the area to help us. I looked on Google and found All American, they were 35 miles away but I figured I'd give them a call. The lady who answered was very nice and genuinely concerned for our safety, she had helped me determine exactly where I was on i77 and sent a truck out to get us. Since I called directly my roadside would not cover my tow. However, the owner, Robert B., called my roadside and after 30 minutes, he had them covering my tow all the way back to NC!This company deserves recognition in the upmost manner and I do not believe the nasty review I read online about them. I recommend them to anyone in need of roadside assistance!
Great experience grrat service. I will use them again. Very professional and helpful in the services provided
They have no respect at all for anyone's property. We have an apartment complex in Lexington Kentucky. They came on to private property and refused to show the papers for the vehicle they were towing, they're flat bed was on top of the curb and in my yard. I have pictures and will be filing a formal complaint. Total disrespect on their part.
Crooks. Dont call. They will have you on hold for 40min because they are so popular Now, if you have the opportunity to have a lawyer represent you you should. I am going to recieve my vehicle today and i am expecting damage, ill prepared charges for "services", and stolen items from my vehicle. I will be conducting a full investigation and follow up with my lawyer and will post the progress here. Thanks
Very quick at responding the company knows what there doing...and they are on top of there game everyone needs to give them 5 stars
My truck got repoed and while they had it less than 24 hrs. They damaged my truck entering it and went through my personal stuff inside and stole from me.
Driver Towed a 4-wheel drive JWrangler /w rear wheels suspended; dragging the 2 front on the road. Damaged cost: $4400 for front differential, wheel assembly, and clutch replacement. After he drop the jeep, he proceeded to raise the tow bars while under the jeep. The heavy metal slammed against the under carriage. I don't know the extent of the damage yet. I'm still hook for paying the $4400. I could have used that cash for my post Army retirement relocation. I don't know why the driver was so spiteful against Army members; perhaps an ISIS lover.
This business is not reliable, I'm seriously considering taking them to court please people don't do any service done with them
First of all, I should say that I did not call Campbell's. A UPS Truck had gone off my driveway, and because of all the recent rain had gotten mired in my lawn. Campbell's was the company called by UPS. Upon arrival at my location, the driver did not introduce himself or show identification. When I objected that his plan to extricate the UPS truck would further damage my property, he dismissed my objections and proceeded to severely damage my gravel drive in sliding the UPS vehicle sideways across it. My warning to you is that if a vehicle needs towing, be aware that Campbell's does not consider further property damage to be their responsibility.
