The WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time. They make Verizon look good. I first called 3/29/18 to order a CL100 termite inspection. Today is 4/10/18 and I still haven 't had one. First, they couldn't schedule me until 4/4/18. Then, I find out 4/5/18 that I actually was never scheduled, so they scheduled me a 2nd time for Friday, 4/7/18 at 10:30 a.m. I called Friday at 3:30 p.m. to see if I'd get my report by the end of the day. She said, "probably Monday." I said, "Why? Even after you forgot to schedule my inspection, you can't put a rush on this?" She said, "Well, we don't work on the weekends." WOW! Ok, so I made sure they had my email address (for the 3rd time) and patiently waited until Monday. I checked my email about 6:30 p.m. Monday, but no emails from Terminex. I called and left a message for them to call me ASAP Tuesday morning, which they did. They told me that on Friday (now 4 days ago), the inspector knocked on the door and nobody was home. I confirmed w/ my tenant that she was, in fact, at home during that time, but she never got a knock at the door at 10:30 when the appt. was scheduled, and she left for work at 11. At best, they were late, but I didn't get a call about this, an email, nothing. I've called them at least 6 times in 2 weeks. There's no reason why they wouldn't know how to contact me via email or phone to remedy this. So, I reluctantly asked about rescheduling for now a 3rd time, and she said it was going to be a few more days. NO THANKS! I promptly asked her to refund me the payment I made 2 weeks ago. I'm a realtor, and I order these inspections all the time. Never before in my career have I dealt w/ a more incapable, unorganized, and unapologetic business. I only gave them one star b/c it's the minimum allowed, but their customer service deserves a big fat ZERO!
