        This repair was cancelled way before tech arrived. Got tired of waiting almost 2 months for repair. Canceled service agreement for all appliances and will never by Sears again. Service agreement is worth the paper it's written on when they leave hanging for the simple repair.

        I have to admit, I am a product of my environment. My Grandmothers both had a Whirlpool Washers from Sears Roebuck & Co. and My Parents had had a Whirlpool too. So when I graduated from college, I bought a Whirlpool from Sears, that was OVER 20 years ago. It is still going strong Today! This was not the first time I have had it serviced from Sears, but this time I set the appointment online. I was given a date and a window of time that the service would take place. Just as promised the Repair man called to let me know approximately when he would arrive (20-30 minutes) When he did arrive, he was Very courteous, personable, professional, knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately. He fixed it, checked other area's within the unit that may need maintenance (a tune-up if you will) and we were back to washing in no time flat.

        Sears is like Family, always there when you need them.

        You just Do Not See that kind of Quality or Service anymore....
