        They answer the phone quickly, but good luck on actually getting a plumber at the day and time you are given. My appt was at 2:00 today. By 5:00, I did not have a plumber or a toilet to use. I made a total of 8 calls and was told eventually I would get a plumber. I have even been hung up on by one person. I will never ever try to hire these people again. I will stick with my home town dependable plumbers who are here now after I called and cancelled Roto-Rooter.
