Why does Groupon keep allowing Pleasurable Cleaning to advertise. I had no idea it was going to be this type of experience. The owner made an appointment with me after several calls. When I called to confirm, there was no response. I emailed her and there was still no response. What a poor way to treat a potential client who has already paid for the service.
I purchased the Groupon after contacting Pleasurable Cleanings to make sure I could get an appointment on 1/18/14. Olivia said I could, so we scheduled an appointment for that day and I purchased the Groupon. On 1/18/14, the cleaning service was a no-show. I called, but got no answer, so I left a voicemessage. I called again later that day, and a different woman picked up saying that Olivia had to cancel and forgot to call me about it. I gave her my number and asked if she would call me back to reschedule for sometime that week. They never called back. I called for the 4th time a few days later, and still no one has gotten back with me.
I needed to use this cleaning service before an event, but that date has already passed.
I request a refund from Groupon, but more than wanting a refund, I just wanted someone to come help me clean my house! I do no recommend this service to anyone, based on poor customer service.
WORST SERVICE IN ANY INDUSTRY I HAVE EVER SEEN. I bought the groupon to use this service with full expectation of continuing to use as my Columbia house cleaners. However, after three months of trying to set up an appointment and finally scheduling an appointment, the service is a no show. Not only are they a no show, but they do not even call ahead and let me know they are not coming AND refuse to answer any of my phone calls, emails, etc. I will (a) be calling Groupon to notify them of Pleasurable Cleanings breach, (b) let everyone I come into contact with know the con artists these people are, and (c) do everything I can to warn people so they don't fall into the same trap I did. With the complete lack of service and professionalism I saw trying to get them to my house, who knows what it would have been like having them IN my house. Maybe the best thing that happened is there total and utter lack of professionalism, respect, and now, business.
