        Quoted one price then charged another and refused to complete the work. Also, we are pretty sure either the carpet or pad is used, as it has a bad, petlike odor and we do not have any pets on site. Do not recommend, we had to get someone else to do the second floor and had to have this stinky carpet removed before opening for business.
