        Tried To Charge Me For Damagin my Car!

        I was a loyal customer for years. I was always told they charge too much. They "convinced" me I needed the fuel injector cleaned when I went for an oil change. I got home and it would not crank. I called & they said it much be starter. I knew better. It was not getting fuel. Told me they would send a tow and as long as it was their fault they would pay. The guy told me it was clearly their fault that they got trash in the tank when cleaning. They kept my car for THREE days and offered me no rental! Then the MANAGER said it was going to cost me $600. I told them what the other guy said and he said that guy was not authorized to say such things. I got a witness statements and the other person clarified it was their fault. The store manager was furious that he would take responsibility and covered the cost. This proves the MANAGER thought they should have ripped me off but the service guy was honest. I suggested he go elsewhere because he needed better company and I needed a new service station. The manager was rude, held my car extra days on purpose and was not worth my time! NEVER deal with them. they are taught to cheat for profit! PS - the honest guy is no longer there. I bet he was fired for being honest and doing the right thing!!!!!
