I was involved in an accident. I requested to be towed by express towing. The gentleman with the beard arrived quickly and towed my damaged car to the body shop. He also gave me a ride as long as I had a mask. He handled my car with car and even put in a nice air freshener. Will be using express towing again.

If only I could rate -stars. $300 to tow from Chapin to 555 and Rabon Rd. Cash only. I was unfortunate enough to have the South Carolina Highway Patrol call them from rotation. Don't make that mistake! Call anyone but them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My vehicle was towed by Express Towing due to a collision. While on my way to the hospital by ambulance the state trooper had Express Towing remove my heavily damaged vehicle. I called twice over the weekend to get into my vehicle and no one answered or returned my calls. When I was finally able to access my vehicle multiple items were STOLEN and all storage areas gone through.

My wife was traveling through South Carolina and had a mechanical issue. She called me in Florida so I looked up a wrecker for her. The driver was on time as promised; however, sexually aggressive towards my wife to where she jumped back in the car and lock the doors demanding he leave her there stranded. Dont take the risk! If your an aAmerican I would suggest find an American owned and operated facility. The christian faith kept my wife safe!

Our family car broke down in the early morning hours on a weekend. We did a search online to find a towing company, and was pleasantly surprised to find Express towing. No early morning inflated rates--just a 24-hour typical service! I asked how long it would be and was given an estimate of about 30 minutes, which I was happy with. The company called me to ask if I was with the car and was nice enough to tell me there was a last-minute roadside emergency that would cause them to be a little later than they had originally expected. I thought it was nice to get a call with an update. The gentleman driving the two truck was friendly and explained the breakdown of my bill to me. I would recommend them. I don't know how much towing typically costs to rate if they were expensive or not.
