Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They came to pick me up from my job. They were very friendly and allowed me to leave the car at my job near there location , since I had a tight schedule and could not drop off. I will always use them my my rental needs.

Ashley is awesome. She verified our reservation for our weekend trip to Myrtle Beach, SC in a timely matter. This location is a very busy branch, but Ashley professionalism and customer service skills allowed us the check out speedily without the nightmare experience. On the other hand, when we returned the vehicle it became messy. While in Myrtle Beach a vehicle back into us from a parking lot to cause minor scratches to the car. FYI: if you are the contract holder and you add an additional driver, if the additional driver is driving the car when the accident occur and you do not take out Enterprises rental insurance, the additional driver will have to use their insurance to cover damages. The accident happen in a privately own parking lot, no traffic tickets were issued; therefore, it is considered a no fault accident, now the insurance companies has to investigate to see who will pay. Otherwise, our experience here was ok.

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise, and they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to wait for along period of time, and the team member who assisted me was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much and I will definitely be using their services in the future!

I had to rent a car twice over the last few weeks because my car sustained damage during a collision. The Enterprise team was very helpful. I highly recommend them.
