I have rented cars from many different locations for over 8 years with Enterprise and all of my experiences were great! When things seem to not go good with a particular car, Enterprise took care of it immediately. The trip I just had from 12/22-12/28 was perfect! No problems with car and the customer service at the greystone location was amazing! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, everyone smiled and greeted me, thanked me for being a customer and was very professional. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone.

My experience with Enterprises was a complete disaster. Not only enterprise commit fraud I had to get a lawyer to get funds reversed back to my account. I was in an automobile accident were another driver t-boned me causing me to get a rental for damage to my vehicle to be fixed. Enterprise consultant Matt, brittney, and many others help aide in enterprise taking money from my bank account that was not authorized by me. There reasons for doing so was because supposedly I signed a contract stating that I was finicially responsible if the insurance dis not pay the bill. Well not only did they not give the insurance company time to pay the balance the took it out of my bank account and stated that I would be refunded when the insurance pay the bill....NO! THIS FRAUD. A. I did not sign a contract and when I asked for this imaginary contract they could no produce one. So I had to call my lawyer to reverse all charges made to my account within the same business day. An because they removes this money to my account other bills that came into my bank BOUNCED!!! unless you want an experienced filled with stress, grief, lawyers, and fraud don't rent from enterprise on greystone blvd to think I have rented from enterprise for years but not from this location. I must say this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.... Distraught customer!!!!

They could do a better job of keeping up with the service records. This is the second time I've had a car that was not serviced. The first one had to take time out of my day to take the vehicle to Firestone to get the oil changed which took 2 hours. The second vehicle I told them when before I drove off of the lot that the service engine light was on. They said it was fine and half way through out 6 day rental the car started acting up. It was putting like it was going to cut off. Also we got a phone call on Sunday we were not due back until Tuesday that the decal for the car had come in and we needed to come in so they could put it on the car. The customer service is great for the most part, but they really need to do a better job of keeping the service records.
