        The nurses and doctors are great. Professional and caring no question. But, the process of signing in, being called to a room and the payment process needs to be greatly improved. I went online to set an appt. for 10:00. I arrived and was not called back until 11:00. I did not see the dr. until 11:30. Then I waited in the waiting room to pay until 1:10. I was told by the receptionist there was nothing she could do. No apologies. I was obviously frustrated with the wait. Nothing was said. Poor customer service.

        When I need an MD on weekends or evenings, or when I cannot schedule appointment around my work schedule, I need Doctors Care!
