        Beautiful store. Poor customer service. I registered a complaint with both department mangaer and filed a complaint with Customer Service department. No one followed through with me to apologize or find out how they could improve their service in future. I am not impressed.

        Everything you'd expect from a store of this kind.

        Dillard's has a variety of merchandise to appeal to whatever you might be looking for. I love the free samples in the perfume department. The clerks are usually nice and smiling. The store clean and prices usually reasonable.
