Breeze Dry Cleaning & Laundry

Lost my items... After a week of "Come back tommorow..." and the owner getting rude with me on the phone, I have no choice but to go through letter of demand and possibly small claims court.... Don't even think about it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

A dry cleaner's that is as worst as it gets. This cleaners blames the customer for their mishaps. This cleaners has no set prices for dry cleaning shirts. When I brought my shirts in for dry cleaning, I SPECIFICALLY ask the woman working there, how much will it cost to clean each shirt. When I came back to pick up my cleaned shirts, I was charged an entirely different price. I spent over twice the amount quoted by the woman for each shirt. When I explained to the manager the price the woman stated it would cost to clean each shirt, he stated that its not his problem, its my problem and he can make the price whatever he wants. There are no set prices. There was no apology from the manager for the mess up in pricing. He didn’t care. All he knew was Deluxe Cleaners is his shop and he can do whatever he want. As a customer, I would have easily been satisfied with an apology for the miscommunication from the woman. I am highly pissed off. When I got home to check my shirts, there is a blue tint at the bottom of one of my white shirts, black streak marks on the sleeves of a few, eye blush still on one shirt and they weren’t ironed as good as I’m use to my shirts being ironed. I’m thinking about picketing in front of their building. I will never go to them again and plan on placing flyer on my neighbor doors to inform them of the HORRIBLE SERVICE. I feel helpless, taken advantage of and entirely ripped off. I WANT JUSTICE!!!!
