This is the most unprofessional, poorly managed restaurant I’ve ever encountered.. I left a generous tip to my regular waitress and the manager, Jamie, refused to give it to her... this is a school teacher, single parent, who is by far their best server... I was told today by 4 employees not only did he refuse to give her the tip but had the audacity to state in front of other employees I was not her ATM machine.. I confronted him about the issue and he was extremely rude, avoided discussing the issue, lied about what he said and stormed away saying he didn’t have time for this... I’ll contact Chili’s corporate offices about this and will make sure myself, my friends, family, and numerous employees never walk in the location again.. beware!

great food & great service. prices very reasonable.
I love this little diner. It's been in the area for roughly 20 years, it's a little hidden treasure!
1.0 star rating8/3/2017Okay, I'm giving up, at least on the late afternoon/night staff. I've tried over the years to get take-out on the way home, gave up on that, because it was so chaotic, you walk in, wait 15 minutes just to order, then someone else walks in and gets to order before you. Has taken as long as 30 minutes, and order still not ready after placing it. The evening folks just don't seem to care at all. This time I just left, even without a refund, and no food. I just wanted to get away from there. I've never seen people who care so little about doing a good job. All this said, morning folks are usually pretty nice. Evening, well, do yourself a huge favor, drive about 4 miles down Beltline, and go to that Lizards. The exact opposite of this place: that is, competent and welcoming.
Hamburgers wasn't that good so it must be the chicken it wasn't the old place I remembered the burgers was tasteless the lettuce wasn't crisp and tomatoes was soft. Maybe I came at a bad day.
I'm very disappointed after visiting this location. I decided to try get the GIZZARDS AND FRIES FOR $7.99!(8.79 with tax). THE WORST I MEAN WORST IN TOWN....SO TOUGH SO HARD TO CHEW.....I THREW THE ENTIRE MEAL IN THE TRASH!!! It was raining also so pulling up to the drive thru window with no covering didn't help! Let's SAY I'LL NEVER EAT AT A NICKS AGAIN......NEVER!!! However, the male employee was very polite and nice as he always smiles. He's a tall light complexion black male VERY NICE!
Loved everything about this place...from the food( which was of great quality for gd pricing )to the quite and welcoming atmosphere.
Friendly services with large smile! I'm not country so this works well with me, my wife is Korean and she loves the buttermilk chicken breast... absolutely the best dinner of all time. I only wish the would serve it everyday!!!!!
Service was almost nonexistent. Was told that any food out of the kitchen was going to be a 45 minute wait. We went with the buffet which was 13.99 because they had some seafood. I could've got better seafood at a fast food restaurant or out of the freezer at the grocery store. Don't waste your time or money
The food is very good and has a really nice ambience. The service can be a little slow but the staff is very pleasant
