When I pressed the little red button on the screen. A man came on and screamed at me and didn't even get my order right. I ordered a small half and half tea with 10 splendas and 2 squirts of mango and 4 squirts of raspberry. I only got 3 squirts of raspberry and no splenda. Very upsetting. #TRASH
Poor Customer service, I came through the drive through and placed my order, when I got home, I realized that it was not what I asked for. I called the restaurant and they said the owners would have to give me a call back, no one called. I called back and the manager stated that she would fix the problem and for me to come pick up my correct order. She then called me back a few minutes later, and stated the owners told her that she could not rectify the issue and if I wanted my correct order I would have to pay AGAIN in full. They stated that the cashier had rang me in wrong and I agreed to pay the difference but they said no and I would have to pay in full! What a huge disappointment. Manager and staff were awesome but the owner, Shatel Patel, was not.
Messed up my order of mozzarella sticks & wouldn't replace it. Don't go here rude service, burnt greasy food!

Waited in line 20 minutes only to find out milkshake machine was out of order. One employee said it was work another said it wasn't and two said it was broke since lunch. Please place sign "out of order" so we don't wait.
I keep trying to go back to this location because it is closer to my path to work. It is always backed up in drive through. They struggle to get orders correct. Today was the worst. I ordered the special chicken biscuit. Not sure what it was made of, but certainly not just chicken unless it was ground with bone. The grit was highly unusual. On top of it being cooked in an oil that had a horrible after taste. So disappointed in this location.
Had to wait 10 minutes for my order. Got all the way home and discovered that my filet-o-fish had no fish. How can you put the cheese and sauce on the bun, close it up and put it in a box and forget the fish?!?! Also my hamburger was a cheeseburger that looked like someone stepped on it. Of course my daughter did eat it. Went back and got my money back and won't go there again!

This location is suppose to be open 24/7. However, I went there at 330am the morning of 4/3/16 to get coffee before going to the train station. The girl at the drive thru stated very rudely they were closed. I'm informing the manager that his late night staff are turning away business because they are too damn lazy to do their job.
