Bought a Levono Lap top. Power cord broke. BB Ordered one about 10 wks ago. Wrong chord rec'd. They tried instore chord, blew mother board..sent it to the factory about 6 wks ago - express. Still no Computer. Was told by staff they replace for extended delays. It was a lie. Spoke to mgr who said they do not replace. I have the best extended warranty they offer. Want me to wait God knows how long. Want me to pay $200 dep. for a loaner with no software. Tel call take forever to answer.. Try calling.PC Manager was inconsiderate and condescending. Did not care that I can not work. As a retired exec I would recommend you go anywhere but Best Buy. They have to provide the worst service in the industry. Want proof.. Everytime I come into the store, they are always super friendly. They give you the most money for your items.
Came in for a loan to purchase a wedding set and purchased on out of the showcase for MUCH less than a jewelry retailer would have charged! Did not even need the loan and walked away with money left over!
Excellent service from a friendly,helpful staff. I've purchased several quality items from this store,including jewelry, tools, electronics, and so forth. Each time I've dealt with them I found the prices to be fair,the quality of the items to be as advertised,and the staff to be both honest and knowledgeable. It may not be the biggest of pawn shops,but I always try to stop in for a visit when I'm in the area!
