I'm Ricky Thomas and I came to Harbison eyemart on April 9 had an exam and picked out my glasses. Service was good, still haven't received my glasses. Called 2 weeks ago and they said lab made wrong prescription. Haven't heard anything since. Please answer someone !!!!! FRUSTRATED

They advertise two pairs for $69.00. I talked to other customers and the associate. No one leaves without paying over $200.00. when I finally got to the doctor he said that he could not get my vision to 20/20. It was probably because they use the same equipment brought over in the Mayflower. Will never go back to them.
spent 2.5 hours waiting on the exam after having an appointment only to be told they wouldn't sell me contacts until I came back for a follow up the next week which i had to sit and wait another 1.5 hours before finally walking out!
This place is horrible. I went in for a prescription, had to come back 2 weeks later because it was not right. For my appointment, I waited 1 hour 1/2, then had my appointment, then waited another 45 minutes for the doctor to check back with me. The doctor is unfriendly. After that, they had to order two trial pairs for me, which they still have not received. It's been over a month since I was in, and the first time they were supposed to order them, someone apparently forgot and I had to call to get them to do it again. Never going back again, will not recommend this place. Same as above, would give 0 stars.
This place is AWFUL and provides TERRIBLE service! When I called to make an appointment I made sure they took my insurance. I told the girl I needed a contact lens exam. She told me my co-pay would be $10. My HR person at work also confirmed this. I get there and of course they were running behind. My exam took almost 2 hours from the time I got there until the time I left. When I got to the desk to pay, they said my total was $50! I told the gentleman at the desk that it was suppsoed to be $10 and that both a person at his office and my HR manager confirmed that..I even pulled my policy up on my phone and he looked at it and told me I still had to pay $50. I was flaming mad, I could not believe it. On top of that, I returned to work Monday to tell my HR manager about what happened. She asked me to get a breakdown of the costs from the Dr.'s office. I called and one girl told me I could have it faxed to me. Then she transfers me to Dana who refuses to fax me a copy. She said it either had to be mailed or I would have to drive over to pick it up. She said it was an office policy. Well I never saw that policy in any of the paperwork I filled out, nor was that posted anywhere in the office. Dana was also extrememly rude and did not treat me like I was any sort of a valued client. I am totally disgusted with this place and will never return! I only gave this one star because I couldn't leave it with zero stars. This place gets a big fat "F" in my book!
