Very Poor Business! Management and Staff are extremely unprofessional. Many consumers have suffered damages. Please take time to read ALL of the reviews.

I purchased a Groupon valued at $110 for a detailing to be done on my Toyota Camry. At the time of the appointment the vehicle was taken in the back. An hour later all that was done to the car is that it had been run through the wash and the wax applied. They start to vacuum the interior and the owner, Allen, comes in and tells me there is excessive pet hair in the car and he will charge me an additional $30. I told him that the package I paid for included vacuuming and that I'm not paying anything in addition. We get into a verbal argument, with Allen stating that's why he does not like Groupon and that I should just go to "Frank's". He refused to finish the job I paid for and told his guy to wipe off the wax and for me too get off the property. He also said he's not worried about bad reviews. When I checked the car the only pet hair was on the floor mats in the back and those could have easily been removed and he could have finished the job. I took photos of the interior for reference and more than willing to share. In addition I would like to note the seats in the front and rear are leather and cloth so it is impossible to be excessive pet hair with leather interior. Upon inspection they left wax on the car. I ran my hand across the front and my hand was filthy. They outside of the car was adequate at best. I strongly recommend going anywhere else before ever going to this place! Details Count is the best place to go if you want your car detailed the right way. Very professional staff and environment. I am always satisfied every time I go and I recommend anyone if they are looking for a professional detailing business to meet their needs.

If you want your vehicle cleaned meticulously and to perfection this is definitely the place to go. Highly professional workers and a great atmosphere. Your vehicle will thoroughly enjoy the pampering as well.

They are very detail oriented, and had a good environment ... their price is cheap for the meticulous detail of service they render. Will definitely go back, and RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a professional auto spa

I would not be going back to this place of business ever again!!!! The owner (male) is the WORSE ever! He is very unprofessional and does not know how to run a business. HIs customer service is terrible. I'm wondering how and why is he still in business. This business needs to be closed down.#failed#

This business is the absolute WORSE!!!!! Dropped the car at my allotted time (2pm). Called at 5pm for a followup & was told the interior was being shampooed & it would be another hour. Went to get my car at 6:30pm & not only was the interior never touched; it still had all the wax on it. Spoke with the owners & all they said that they were short staffed & the car would be ready when it was ready. I told them that that was unacceptable & they basically removed the wax & gave me the car as is. The owners are soooooo nasty & just don't have the first clue about decent customer service. I give this business ONE STAR only because giving it NO Star might look like I forgot to rate. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!

I dropped off my van at 10 am for a 2 hour detailing and 8 hours I was told it was all done except washing the carpet. I told them to forget about the carpet and I would pick it up. When I got there all that was done was a car wash. The inside was still dirty and nothing else had been done. He was telling me how his staff left, he was the only one and they were overbooked. I didn't pay $50 for a car wash.
