VERY DISAPPOINTING IN THEIR SERVICES. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY AUFULL ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE LADY THAT PRESS OUT THE CLOTHES. THE FRONT COUNTER WORKER WAS VERY DISRESPECT AND WAS NOT WILL TO FIND OUT WHAT THE ISSUES WAS. I ASK TO SPECK TO THE MANGER AND THEY TOLD ME HE WAS NOT THERE AND WILL NOT BE BACK AND WHAT EVER THEY SAID WAS NOT GOING TO CHANG. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I SPENT OVER $100.00 KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT LET MICHAELS CLEANERS ON DECKER CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES :(
If you're looking for employment, ignore the request on their street sign. It's been there for a long time. They do not contact you. Time is better spent looking elsewhere. Reasons why might be found in the associated web pages. I dunno.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I would take away stars if I could!!! Very unprofessional. Had to come back 4 times to get my dry cleaning and was told they lost one of my shirts, then told me they gave it too me. They are a complete mess!!
2.45 Dry Cleaners completely ruined my daughter's dress ( she is 4 y.o). The design on the dress was melted/ faded away. When I calmly brought this matter to the attention of the male guy at the counter, he immediately SNAPPED!! To make matters worse, I had my two daughters with me. I was verbally attacked and humiliated, for no reason, at all!! Instead of him taking ownership of 2.45 Cleaners actions, he made an attempt to put the blame on me. In his broken English, I was accused of bringing 2.45 Cleaners a cheap dress, I supposedly brought them the dress with the design melted off, I should of checked the dress prior to bringing it to them, just to name a few. Needless to say, I was humiliated and verbally attacked in front of my children and the guy tried to blame me for their ( 2.45 Dry Cleaners) mistake. This will be my first and last time bringing clothing to 2.45 Dry Cleaners.

This business is a joke! They misplaced a shirt and gave us someone else's shirt to replace it. When we returned the shirt the owner Doug, refused to provide any compensation for their error. If you would like all of your items back, then DO NOT use them.
A complete ripoff business. I depend on drycleaning, being in corporate work and coming from downtown Chicago. On taking in my drycleaning for the first (and last) time to Tripps, I was charged 50% more than I would have been in Chicago. Turns out that Tripps depends on giving out coupons to attract customers and then jacking up their prices so the end result is what SHOULD have been charged in the first place. I learned as I forked over the outrageous charges, and I vow to never step foot in a Tripps again. Caveat emptor.
Lost my items... After a week of "Come back tommorow..." and the owner getting rude with me on the phone, I have no choice but to go through letter of demand and possibly small claims court.... Don't even think about it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
The new seamstress is EXCELLENT. Brought in five items to be hemmed and got all five back in three days. She was very polite and everything looks great.
Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took a simple blouse to be cleaned for an out of town trip. When went to pick it up the day before I left, they told me it was not ready because their was a stain on it. The next time I came back to pick it up it had a ring where they placed the solution which was not even on the stain and not to mention the stain was still there. The third time I came to pick it up I can still see the ring and the stain. Also, you can tell that my shirt started to pull and unravel. The attendant had the nerve to say "if they clean it again the it would change color." I went back today and spoke with the owner who tried to say that the shirt was already unraveled per a tag that was placed on it. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
