They sent me a defective lower and upper. Still waiting. Customer service does not exist. Go some where else and pay a little more. You will be much happier.
Wow, how sad what used to be a great company with such promise has been ruined by their terrible customer service. Sent me a defective PA-10, they sent me parts that were so poorly packaged that they got damaged in shipping. They also pulled the old bait and switch on some pricing. Each time basically told me that they didn't care about my problems, they already had my money. They are the new Botach.
Seems very strange that the Company that I have been buying ammo and rifle parts from for several years now could get reviews as bad as some i have read here. Seems to me that they cannot exist ib the same universe. I have had nothing but great experiences from PSA online. They have dealt with me honestly and consistently. The shipping times are a bit slow... but the grerat prices offset that for me.
They suck. I didn't pay my water bill once (because it was suddenly 200 and they told me send in paperwork to prove a pipe broke, still cut it off) and they came out at 7 am to cut it off. I bought a house and today is day five waiting for them to come turn my water on. Yes, that's right, 5 days. 3 kids, no water and having to rent a hotel so we can shower and use the bathroom right after buying a house. Let's see if they actually manage to make it out today. Every day I call and there is "nothing try can do" to ensure my service vets activated any faster it just depends on when the technician gets around to it.....
Great people to do business with. Very helpful and very friendly unlike some of the bigger gun stores in town.
In the past PSA was great, they are not the same company they used to be. 12/7/14 parts order lost, no notification, called and held for 35 mins to get a rep that told they would expedite if I reordered so like a fool I did. 12 days later and that order is still processing. No way to get a person or get an email reply. Don't waste your time ordering here. Their prices are OK but many others match. maybe PSA will wake up when their customer base goes elsewhere
A 50 year old sloth could process and ship an order faster than psa. there is no reason an item in stock should take 20 days to ship out.. RIDICULOUS ! Not to mention you can not get ahold of anyone through phone or email to cancel your order.
I have been going there for years and am going to buy my son his first shotgun. They are a Beretta dealer and have talked me through the selection
If you want to be completely ignored AFTER you have purchased and paid for your item online, wait for over 3 weeks after ordering and paid for and still be in "Processing". Call customer service and be on hold over and over again. Email and get no return message, not even an auto responder. Then by all means do business with this company.In all seriousness this is by far the worst experience I have had at purchasing anything, not just guns, anything on line! I believe the other reviewers giving 5 stars are employees, or have affiliation with Palmetto Armory. Do business with Budsgunshop.com save yourself the frustration and disappointment. 21 days and counting on my order, all I want is my merchandise that I paid for.
I am extremely disappointed with PSA and their operations, specifically, their shipping procedures. Why does it take 15 days to process and ship an order? This is how you fix it PSA...hire more folks. That long delay tells me that work ain't slow at PSA so hiring another employee won't hurt the business. IMO, purchasing from your local business with a higher pricing is better customer service than waiting on these clowns. I'm done with PSA.
