Mo-X USED to have exceptional service. NOW, THEY STINK. Today, the left my niece at the airport who was 1 minute away from the meeting place because she read the instructions incorrectly and was waiting at the wrong terminal. We both called and begged them to wait ONE MINUTE and they LEFT. My niece watched the shuttle pull away from the airport, from the terminal bus, a mere few feet away. I travel many times a year with Mo-X, but no more. This is especially frustrating because the last time I used Mo-X I rearranged my entire schedule and left 4 hours early on a different bus so they wouldn't have to send a shuttle to St. Louis with only one person on it. On my return trip, the driver was late picking us up at the airport. The trip before that, the driver was almost 30 minutes late to pick me up at my house. Apparently it's fine for them to be late, but God forbid you are 1 minute late for your shuttle. Mo-X used to promise worry-free travel. I completely disagree. What a waste of my money.
I needed to get to work, and it was a holiday so there was no bus service. I called the night before to set a pick-up time. I talked to Jamal, he told me he had a pick-up just before that on the other side of town, so he couldn't pick me up at the time I requested. He then asked what time I had to be at work, I told him and he said that he should be able to get me there by then and that he would call me when he was on his way. He called me this morning, I agreed to meet him at the entrance to the apartment complex, he was not familiar with it, so it just seemed the easiest thing to do. He was there, I got in, the van was clean and didn't smell bad. We had some small talk on the way there and we got to my work before anyone else! He was a really cool guy, very mellow and calm, friendly, it was a very pleasant ride. The fare was what I thought it would be, reasonable. He even offered to stay there with me until someone else arrived, he didn't want to just drop me off and leave me there in the dark! The next time I need a cab, I will call them again.
Worst customer service ever! Waited 2 hours exactly where they said to be at American Terminal C at KC airport. 6 mins after the scheduled pick up, we called them because they we're late, and they claimed we weren't there and left without us! They were like too bad - so sad. They said we can sleep at the airport and get a ride at noon the next day! They then blamed us! Wes, employee on phone, was highly defensive and kept skirting the issue. We caught him in several lies. Bottom line - the company stranded us, then blamed us, offered no solution besides calling the cops. Yes, Wes literally suggested that.
4.50 to sit in the cab. $15 to go 1.8 miles outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!will call friends first next time.

I called 5-Star to pick me up from the mall and without any problems, they professionally sent a cab to deliver excellent courtesy and a quick delivery. It's cheap too!

Awesome service. I took Mo-X from a residence in Colombia to the Kansas City Airport. They picked me up and dropped me off right on time, despite a bad traffic accident on the way. The ride was comfortable, quiet, and spacious on a Monday afternoon. Our driver was courteous, offering us bottled water and a restroom break halfway through the trip. The cost came to about $60 before tip, and was definitely worth it.
First let me introduce myself a little. I am a 24 year old college student whose parents live outside of Washington D.C. I take trips out to see them 2-3 times a year, and this had been going on for the past 5 years. Every single time I need to get to the STL airport I use this service. Why? Because they are a friendly, helpful group of people who has a door to door service and always gets you there on time. I have NEVER had a negative experience with any of their drivers or their owners. I have both left my vehicle there at their office and have also been picked up from my residence. With both of these options I have never had any issues. As long as I live in Columbia and need a ride to the airport, I will always choose MO-X as my transportation.
