I had been a patient for many years until yesterday. 3 days ago I was called by the oﬃce while driving there w/my daughter for an appt& told that my daughters account had a balance of more than $600.00 going back to 2015. Even w/out my EOB's & bank statements I knew that just didn't sound right, as I haven't received a bill in quite some time & when I do I have to provide a copy to my ex per our divorce decree. I always pay any remaining balances w/ them in full at time of service. I was literally just there w/ my daughter a couple of weeks ago & told I didn't owe anything at the conclusion of her appt, & the claim for that date is still being processed w/ my insurance company so I have not received an EOB or bill yet. No prior balance was mentioned at that service, & nothing was mentioned when I made that appt for my daughter, or when I subsequently made my appt for yesterday.Their desk sign says payment is due at time of service, so the idea that a balance would roll for multiple years, through multiple subsequent services, never going to collections & never been collected for at time of a service, is ludicrous. When I asked for details, the individual on the phone said that they didn't have that info, & that the oﬃce manager was working remotely that day. When we arrived they kept my daughter in the waiting area for over 30 minutes while they called the oﬃce manager, who refused to talk to me, & they continued to ask me for payment, but refused to provide me w/ EOB's & I at that time had no access to my bank statements or insurance info that would give me some indication of where they were arriving at this ﬁgure. I knew some of the info was inaccurate. They agreed to waive the ﬁnance charges & let me check my records, so we left. The next day (yesterday) they called & said that they put copies of my insurance EOB's in the mail, & that once I had a chance to review them we could reconvene next Monday- I still have the voicemail.
Bad customer service. The office moved to a diff. location. Because of that, we came 15 mins late to the new office. They didn't take us, and were very rude. I took a whole day off work for this appointment. For doctors keep you waiting in the hall for 15-30 mins is normal, but if you come 15 mins late to the office -- that's unacceptable?!

They were dispatched by 2-10 home warranty to repair my oven. First trip, the young tech informed me that had replaced a faulty fan motor. On the second trip the tech replaced the fan motor again, oven failed within 2.5 hours of tech leaving. Called the company and they said that they would send him back and recommended replacing oven. I informed them that the error code that was being generated referenced a faulty oven latch or faulty board. They rescheduled an appointment and were no shows, no call or anything. At 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time I called and was informed that they were refusing to complete the work on my oven. I contacted 2-10 home warranty and they covered my deductible, dispatched a different service company.Tech completed his troubleshooting, replaced the board and the oven has worked fine ever since. Tech that completed the repairs also informed me that the error codes for trouble shooting the oven that are located inside the cover were missing.
My kids loved coming to Dr. Lori's office for their check ups. The staff are all very sweet the office is clean and inviting to children.
Wow! Where to begin!? My experience has pretty much been just as everyone else described...terrible! This company was sent to us through our home warranty for repair of our dishwasher. The tech came out and diagnosed the problem and they were quick to take our payment but I found out that after a week that nothing had been called into our warranty company and no parts had yet been ordered. The customer service is awful!! They can't even answer the phone in a professional manner! And you can forget them calling you...it just will NOT happen!! I have been calling daily or even multiple times per day and still have no resolution. I finally called the warranty company and complained but I don't know how much good that will do...I know at least that this company will never be sent to my house again!
Wow. I too have been forced to deal with this company via American Homeshield. Put it this way: service request was made on my dryer November 25th. Today is Dec. 27th and it still isn't fixed. The office staff is not trained on customer service and they are rude. Too many cigarette breaks I think. Really bad company!
